امروزه رشد سريع جمعيت و شهرنشيني به همراه ضعف برنامه‌هاي مرتبط با زمين و مسكن، باعث شده تا تأمين مسكن قابل استطاعت و درعين‌حال پايدار ، براي گروه‌هاي مختلف اجتماعي به‌خصوص افراد با درآمد پايين‌تر به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين چالش‌هاي جامعه مطرح مي‌شود. با وجود اين شرايط يكي از راهكارهاي دستيابي به مسكن همه‌شمول ، مسكن قابل استطاعت مي‌باشد.يكي از انواع مسكن استطاعت پذير ، مسكن كوچك‌مقياس مي‌باشد.خانه‌هاي كوچك‌مقياس در هر شهر داراي ابعاد و اندازه‌هاي گوناگوني مي‌باشد، از طرفي ديگر كيفيت مسكن با ابعاد و اندازه فضاها ارتباط مستقيمي دارد .در سال‌هاي گذشته به دليل افزايش فشارهاي اقتصادي و يا كوچك شدن خانواده‌ها و ايجاد انگيزه ساده زيستي در خانواده‌ها ، منجر به‌سرعت افزايش تقاضا براي خانه‌هاي كوچك‌مقياس شده است. از جانبي ديگر مسكن انعطاف‌پذير مسكني است كه مي‌تواند در طول چرخه زندگي به نيازهاي گوناگون كاربران خود پاسخگو باشد. بنابراين در عصر حاضر مسكن انعطاف‌پذير كوچك‌مقياس با توجه به ابعاد خانوار و ميزان معيشت خانواده ، مي‌تواند باعث رضايت‌مندي كاربران از مسكن شود. به عنوان مثال مي‌‌‌‌توان با استفاده از راهكار‌هايي همچون استفاده از فضاي چند عملكردي مي‌توانند در ساعات مختلف، فضا هاي گوناگوني را متناسب با نياز كاربران ايجاد كرده و يا قابليت توسعه و تفكيك واحد ها مي‌تواند به خانواده كمك كند تا در زمان انقباض خود، فضايي از خانه را تفكيك كرده و اجاره دهد تا به اقتصاد خانواد كمك كند و در زمان رشد خانواده از جابه جايي و نقل مكان جلوگيري كند . هدف اين پژوهش اين است كه پس از شناسايي چهارچوب مفهومي پژوهش در رابطه با مؤلفه‌هاي انعطاف‌پذيري كه مي‌تواند در مسكن كوچك‌مقياس مؤثر واقع شود ، رتبه‌بندي مؤلفه‌ها صورت گيرد. در اين پژوهش ابتدا در بررسي مرور ادبيات با استفاده از روش توصيفي_ تحليلي مؤلفه‌هاي مؤثر در طراحي خانه‌هاي كوچك‌مقياس انعطاف‌پذير شناسايي مي‌شود. با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي چهارچوب مفهومي پژوهش در سه دور با استفاده از نظريات گروه پنل متخصصين اصلاح و تائيد مي‌شود .سپس با استفاده از روش پيمايشي و ابزار پرسشنامه مؤلفه‌ها در منطقه 10 اصفهان رتبه‌بندي مي‌شود . براي انجام رتبه بندي از آزمون آماري آنتروپي شانون بهره گرفته شده است .جامعه آماري شامل سه گروه پنل متخصصين (7 نفر) ، كارشناسان معماري (60 نفر) و مردم مردم منطقه 10 اصفهان (60 نفر) مي‌باشند كه با استفاده از قياس تطبيقي رتبه‌بندي هركدام از اين گروه جامعه آماري مقايسه و تحليل‌شده است . از ديدگاه متخصصين موثرترين مولفه ها شامل : فضا هاي چند عملكردي، استفاده از پلان كم عمق جهت تقسيم كارآمد تر فضا ها ،نماي تغيير پذير با فضا هاي تغيير پذير و مبلمان انعطاف پذير مطابق با ارگونومي انسان مي باشد و از ديدگاه مردم موثرترين مولفه ها شامل : فضا هاي چند عملكردي، استفاده از فضا هاي نيم طبقه ، نماي تغيير پذير با فضا هاي تغيير پذير، استفاده از پلان كم عمق جهت تقسيم كارآمد تر فضا ها اشاره كرد. در انتها مي‌توان مؤلفه‌هايي كه ازنظر هر سه گروه مورد اهميت واقع‌شده‌اند را اين‌گونه دسته‌بندي كرد كه در رتبه نخست فضاهاي چند عملكردي ، سپس استفاده از فضاهاي نيم‌طبقه ، نماي تطبيق‌پذير با كاربري‌هاي تغييرپذير ، استفاده از پلان‌هاي كم‌عمق با هندسه مستطيلي ، مبلمان متحرك مطابق با ارگونومي انسان و پارتيشن هاي متحرك مطابق با ارگونومي انسان نام برد. براي دستيابي به فضاي چند عملكردي مي توان با استفاده از پارتيشن هاي متحرك، فضاي نشيمن كه در نزديكي فضا هاي خصوصي همچون اتاق خواب ها قرار گرفته است را در شب به فضاي خواب تبديل كرد. براي دستيابي به فضاي بيشتر مي بايست فعاليت هاي نشسته يا خوابيده را به فضاي نيم طبقه اختصاص داد. همچنين براي دستيابي به فضا هاي تقسيم پذير با تناسبات متناسب مي توان از پلان هايي با هندسه مستطيل شكل بهره برد به گونه ايي كه پنجره هاي آن بر روي ضلع بزرگتر مستطيل قرار گرفته باشند تا در زمان تقسيم بتوان به فضا هايي با تناسبات مناسب همراه با نور و تهويه طبيعي دست يافت.
