The purpose of this study is to design a strategic model for financing and economic education. In terms of purpose, it is among the applied research and in terms of research method is qualitative. The statistical population of the present study was 10 professors and experts. Sampling has been done as purposive sampling. In the qualitative method section, the grounded theory model has been used. And after identifying the indicators and going through the steps (coding in three stages: open, axial and selective), the paradigm ended. In the data section, 296 basic concepts, 116 main categories, and 12 nuclear categories were extracted using contextual theory and by performing open, axial, and selective coding steps, respectively. These factors include: government transfer payments, donors / acquaintances, families, domestic and foreign NGOs, income and salary taxes, municipalities, local communities, graduates, governmental and non-governmental organizations, commercial and industrial industries, Special taxes and credit market.
The consequences of the strategic model of financing and economic education are the establishment of social justice, improving the quality of education, equitable distribution, greater and effective participation of different segments of society and the efficiency of financial resources.
