Despite the increasing progress of developed countries in the field of industrial construction and prefab construction, our country has a long way to go to apply new methods in the field of construction of urban buildings. The examples of completed projects are mainly based on the prefabrication method inside the site. Prefabricated samples outside the site cannot be considered in terms of compliance with standards and quality. On the other hand, large-scale prefabricated spaces do not have the flexibility and ability to adapt to different uses, they are not implemented on a large scale, and more importantly, they do not have a place in the country's long-term ranking.
Considering the existing gaps, this research was started with the aim of dealing with high-order modular systems. In fact, this project is the design of prefabricated modules, each of these modules is completely made in the factory or workshop environment and then transported to the project site. The spatial role of each module is flexible, so they can be used as residential, commercial, office, etc. In order to reach a complete space that can meet the needs of the user, the project was designed in such a way that the complex is completed by arranging these spaces together. Another major goal of this design was to remove components from these modules that were unhelpfully repeated by putting them together. With the way that construction and transportation has reached today, materials such as metal and concrete, which are among the most widely used in buildings, can be seen in all parts of the country, and another point is that due to the nature of prefabricated construction in less areas It is also possible to transfer and use these modules. The period of time considered for assembling this project is between short-term, like quick-build structures, and long-term, like traditional structures. The reason for that is the time that must be spent on stability measures and connecting the modules together. Finally, an effort was made to improve the speed, quality, safety and environmental basics in this research by following the design standards and considering the challenges.
