In this research, the effect of changing the parameters of the musculoskeletal system on muscle forces in cerebral palsy people has been investigated. Cerebral palsy usually occurs as a result of congenital damage or damage to the brain during the fetal period and causes disorders in the form of muscle weakness and contracture and changes in the length of the muscles , as a result of which a person's normal movements become difficult. There are many treatment methods to treat or improve these patients. These treatments include surgery, injections and rehabilitation exercises. By using musculoskeletal modeling, it is possible for researchers to simulate the movement of these patients, and after that, sports exercises are suggested according to the type of disease and related variables, and then they are evaluated. In this study, the topic of walking in healthy people and the description of movement differences with cerebral palsy is mentioned, and to studying the effect of changing the parameters of the musculoskeletal system, first by using the data obtained from clinical studies and data from the movement analysis laboratory and MATLAB we are simulated the dynamic movement of a seven-link robot to extract motion equations, then by modeling and simulating a muscle model in OpenSim musculoskeletal software, we identified and investigated the parameters affecting muscle forces, finally with Using the clinical data of both groups, the walking pattern of a patient with cerebral palsy and the walking pattern of a healthy person in cerebral palsy and healthy people, to studying the influencing parameters of muscle force in the two main muscles involved in the movement of the ankle joint, including the medial gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior were simulated in OpenSim software and finally we explained the results.
