Sheet forming is one of the most widely used methods in the industry. There are various methods and patterns for sheet forming, which are selected depending on the number of production, cost, and the shape of these methods. Due to the low cost and faster manufacturing of the multi-point forming mold, it is used for single and batch production. AL2024-O sheet is used in this research. At first, it deals with the effect of external pins that limit the forming, which have a constructive effect in limiting the process, and then it examines the importance of internal pins compared to the external ones, whose existence has an effect on the sheet's formability, and then the multi-point forming limit diagram obtained and which has increased compared to the forming limit diagram of the Nakajima test. Also, the verification and simulation of this process has been done with the help of Abaqus software so that the effect of the diameter of the pins on the multi-point forming limit chart can be investigated. And then the effect of the pins is investigated, that the diameter of the pin can affect the ductility.
