در عصر حاضر با گذر زمان مفاهيم قديمي كارايي خود را از دست مي‌دهند كه مقوله تجديد نسل نيز از اين قائده مستثني نيست. در دوران ارتباطات و اطلاعات به طبع اين مفاهيم خيلي سريعتر بازتعريف مي‌شوند. در مفهوم تجديد نسل حلقه‌هاي گمشده‌اي وجود دارد كه مي‌توان از طريق مفهوم شهرهاي هوشمند به اين خلاء‌ها پاسخ مناسبي داد. محله اميرآباد تهران به دليل برخورداري از ساكنين عمدتا دانشجو مي‌تواند به راحتي با طرح‌هاي هوشمندي عجين شود. بنابراين دو هدف كلي و اساسي براي اين پژوهش تعيين شده‌است كه در رابطه با تلفيق شاخصه‌هاي تجديد نسل و هوشمندي و تبيين چارچوب تجديد نسل محلات شهري با رويكرد شهر هوشمند و نيز تجديدنسل هوشمند محله اميرآباد تهران مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش به‌ كار گرفته شده از نوع آميخته بوده كه متشكل از دو بال راهبردهاي كمي و كيفي مي‌باشد. در بخش كيفي با مرور اسناد علمي و معتبر كتابخانه‌اي سعي شده‌است كه زيربناي مناسبي از لحاظ نظري فراهم گردد و با برداشت‌هاي ميداني نيز در بخش كيفي به عمق كيفيت زيسته انديشيده شده‌است و در بخش كمي با بهره‌گيري از ابزار مطالعات پيمايشي به توزيع پرسشنامه پرداخته شده‌است. نتايج بدست آمده از پرسشگري حاكي از آن است كه محله اميرآباد تهران، محله‌اي نسبتا هوشمند و نسبتا ناكارآمد مي‌باشد. با توجه به شناخت صورت گرفته در محدوده مطالعات، چشم‌انداز 10 ساله‌ايي تدوين شد كه براي رسيدن به آن اهداف، راهبرد و سياست‌هايي جهت مداخله هوشمندانه با محوريت اينترنت اشياء ارائه شده‌است كه مي‌توانند به ارتقا كارآمدي، انعطاف‌پذيري و پايداري محله اميرآباد كمك شاياني كنند.

Regeneration of urban neighborhoods based on the principles of the smart city, centered on the Internet of Things; A case study of Amirabad neighborhood in Tehran

In today's age, with the passage of time, old concepts lose their effectiveness, and the category of generation renewal is no exception to this rule. In the era of communication and information, by nature, these concepts are redefined much faster. In the concept of regeneration, there are missing links that can be answered appropriately through the concept of smart cities. Amirabad neighborhood of Tehran can easily be combined with smart projects due to it's mostly student residents. Therefore, two general and basic goals have been determined for this research, which are related to the integration of the indicators of regeneration and smartness, and the explanation of the framework of the regeneration of urban neighborhoods with the smart city approach, as well as the smart regeneration of Amirabad neighborhood of Tehran. The research method used is of a mixed type, which consists of two wings, quantitative and qualitative strategies. In the qualitative section, it has been tried to provide a suitable foundation theoretically by reviewing scientific and valid library documents, and with field observations, in the qualitative section, the depth of the quality of life has been thought about, and in the quantitative section, questionnaires have been distributed using the tools of survey studies. The results obtained from questioning indicate that Amirabad neighborhood of Tehran is a relatively smart and relatively inefficient neighborhood. According to the knowledge gained within the scope of the studies, a 10-year vision was compiled, and to achieve those goals, strategies and policies for intelligent intervention centered on the Internet of Things have been presented, which can help improve the efficiency, flexibility and sustainability of Amirabad neighborhood.
