The purpose of this research is to provide strategic solutions to improve the resilience of tourism in Yazd province for regional competitiveness. In this research, an exploratory research has been done and through documentary and library study, firstly, the general requirements of development based on resilience tourism for regional competitiveness have been introduced in a general way, and for this purpose, the theoretical foundations and opinions of experts have been introduced. has been used and exploited. After that, in order to measure the effects of the principles introduced on the components of regional competitiveness through the conceptual models provided by different theorists, using related software, the effects and relationships of the principles of sustainable tourism development and regional competitiveness are analyzed and was presented, then through the qualitative analysis of the content of the available information with the help of specialists and experts in this field, the feasibility of implementing these principles was examined in the context of Yazd province, and a framework of components in the categories of management, social, economic, physical and environment was provided. At the end of the research, using the methods of scenario analysis and extracting the driving forces of Tabur tourism development, in order to promote regional competitiveness in the upstream projects of Yazd province, the selected scenario is selected. The findings of this research is to reach the framework of general policies for the development of sustainable tourism in order to promote competitiveness on a regional scale in the Yazd province region, through which we can reach the general purpose of the research and the main goals of this development model, which is the self-sufficiency of the regions and The increase in the number of tourists to the region in Yazd province has been achieved. In the findings section, the general policies presented using the 5W2H management method are step by step closer to operationalization, and at the end, with the creation of platforms, planned solutions for the development of resilient tourism in order to improve regional competitiveness. According to the results of the analysis of theoretical foundations and theoretical world experiences, for the competitiveness of tourism, attention should be paid to the social, economic, environmental, physical and managerial components. The results of the analysis of the indicators of each component show that the most key factors among these 5 cases are economic and managerial factors.
