با توجه به رشد روز¬افزون جمعيت به خصوص در شهر هاي پرجمعيت نظير تهران، بايد به دنبال راههايي جهت كاهش حجم ترافيك به خصوص در مناطق مركزي اين شهر كه اكثرا جنبه ي تجاري نيز دارند، بود. يكي از اين راهها، تقويت سيستم هاي حمل و نقل همگاني موجود و يا احداث سيستم هاي حمل و نقل همگاني جديد مي¬باشد. قبل از انتخاب يك سيستم حمل و نقل همگاني به جهت اجرا در يك كريدور، لازم است تا مطالعات امكان¬سنجي لازم صورت گيرد تا دريابيم كه مي¬توانيم سيستم جديد را اجرايي كنيم يا خير. اهميت اين مطالعات از آن جهت است كه از هدر رفتن بخش اعظمي از سرمايه هاي سازمان ها و ارگان هاي ذي ربط جلوگيري كرده و به حفظ سرمايه ها تا حد مطلوبي كمك مي¬نمايد. در اين پژوهش يك روش سه مرحله اي به جهت انجام امكان¬سنجي اجراي پروژه تراموا در خيابان جمهوري شهر تهران، حد فاصل ميدان جمهوري تا ميدان بهارستان، به كمك نرم افزار Visum بيان شده است. اين روش، قابليت تصميم گيري سريع در ابتداي مطالعات در مورد اجراي يك سيستم حمل و نقلي جديد را به ما مي¬دهد. به آن معنا كه در صورتي كه خروجي هاي هر سه مرحله با توجه به ضوابط آيين نامه اي موجود، مورد قبول باشند مي¬توان به فاز هاي بعدي مطالعات رفته و اگر حتي يكي از اين حدود مورد قبول واقع نشوند مي¬توان سيستم هاي ديگر حمل و نقلي را مورد مطالعه و بررسي قرار داد.

Feasibility of the implementation of the tram project in the Jomhouri street of Tehran with the help of Vizum software

Considering the ever-increasing population growth, especially in densely populated cities like Tehran, we should look for ways to reduce the volume of traffic, especially in the central areas of this city, which mostly have a commercial aspect. One of these ways is strengthening the existing public transportation systems or building new public transportation systems. Before choosing a public transportation system to implement in a corridor, it is necessary to carry out feasibility studies to find out whether we can implement the new system or not. The importance of these studies is that it prevents the wastage of a large part of the funds of the relevant organizations and bodies and helps to preserve the funds to an optimal extent. In this research, a three-step method for carrying out the feasibility of implementing the tram project in the Republic Street of Tehran, between Republic Square and Baharestan Square, has been described with the help of Visum software. This method gives us the ability to make quick decisions at the beginning of studies about the implementation of a new transportation system. In the sense that if the outputs of all three stages are acceptable according to the existing regulations, it is possible to proceed to the next phases of studies, and if even one of these limits is not acceptable, other systems can be used. He studied and investigated transportation.
