آلودگي صوتي حاصل از حمل و نقل ريلي در مناطق مسكوني يكي از مباحث تاثيرگذار در توسعه همه جانبه است كه با كنترل آن مي توان به شرايط مطلوب در اين زمينه دست يافت. بزرگترين آلودگي صوتي ناشي از راه آهن در كلان شهر تهران در منطقه هفده و هجده در مجاورت خط راه آهن تهران-همدان است. از اين به منظور كم كردن اثرات زيانبار آن بر ساكنين اطراف حريم راه آهن به عنوان يكي از معضلات شهري به عنوان هدف مطالعه انتخاب شد. پژوهش حاضر، تحقيقي كاربردي توصيفي است كه در گام اول براي جمع آوري داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. سپس پرسشنامه‌ها به دو صورت آنلاين و حضوري بين ساكنين توزيع و تكميل شد و نتايج توسط نرم افزار اس پي اس اس به دو صورت آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. در گام دوم با استفاده از تراز سنج صدا ميزان آلودگي صوتي در فواصل كمتر از 100 متر، بين 100 تا 500 متر و بيش از 500 متر اندازه گيري و با استاندارد آلودگي صوتي ايران مقايسه گرديد. نتايج آمار استنباطي نشان ‌مي‌دهد كه ميزان حساسيت به سر و صدا، ظرفيت مقابله ذهني، ايجاد مزاحمت و نگراني از پارامترهاي مؤثر بر نارضايتي ساكنين بوده است كه در سطح بالايي قرار گرفته‌اند. همچنين عايق صوتي بودن يا نبودن درب و پنجره‌ها و فاصله محل سكونت از ريل بر ميزان نارضايتي ساكنين از آلودگي صوتي تأثير داشته است. در پايان نيز راهكارهاي مديريتي محيط زيست جهت كنترل بيشتر آلودگي صوتي ارائه گرديد.

Prioritizing the parameters affecting the dissatisfaction of the residents around the railway line with noise pollution and providing a model to measure the effectiveness of its reduction strategies (Tehran case study)

Noise pollution resulting from rail transportation in residential areas is one of the influential issues in comprehensive development, which can be controlled to achieve favorable conditions in this field. The biggest noise pollution caused by the railway in Tehran metropolis is in Hefdeh and Hehdeh area, in the vicinity of the Tehran-Hamadan railway line. From this, in order to reduce its harmful effects on the residents around the railway boundary, as one of the urban problems, it was chosen as the objective of the study. The current research is a descriptive applied research that was used in the first step to collect data using a questionnaire. Then the questionnaires were distributed and completed both online and face-to-face among the residents and the results were analyzed by SPSS software as descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. In the second step, the amount of noise pollution was measured at distances of less than 100 meters, between 100 and 500 meters, and more than 500 meters, and compared with the Iranian noise pollution standard. The results of inferential statistics show that the level of sensitivity to noise, mental coping capacity, causing disturbance and worry were the parameters affecting the residents' dissatisfaction, which were at a high level. Also, whether or not the sound insulation of the doors and windows and the distance of the residence from the rail had an effect on the level of residents' dissatisfaction with noise pollution. At the end, environmental management solutions to further control noise pollution were presented.
