In the past years, attention to the issue of sustainability has been of great interest in the world. The link of this category with the topic of tourism has caused everyone's attention to be drawn to this issue, because it definitely has positive economic effects and a lot of income for different levels such social and managerial in various developments. Besides economic issues, attention to environmental, social and cultural fields, etc. distinguishes this approach from other tourism development approaches. Moving towards investing in the sustainable tourism industry is an undeniable fact in the world's political and economic scene. This research takes into account the high issues and the high capacities of the country of Iran and the researcher's interest in not destroying the environment of Bibi Shahrabano area which is one of the natural and historical relics of Tehran, was formed. It should be mentioned that Bibi Shahrabano area has been subjected to a lot of indifference from the trustees and wealthy factories, and adopting this approach has increased and improved the environmental quality of this environment. But in order to limit and frame the topic of this research, it was necessary to choose one of the forms of tourism. Urban tourism is a form that can keep people in the city for a few minutes and meet their sightseeing and leisure needs. But for this issue, it was necessary to measure this environment in terms of sustainability, and after that this issue continues. The results of the current research show that there are various dimensions involved in this assessment. Therefore, the present research, by studying different sources and perspectives in the field of this type of tourism and the different dimensions of place models proposed in urban design, as well as by studying and examining the experiences of different countries and valuable domestic experiences in this regard, made a list of indicators for eva‎luating the development of urban tourism has been achieved sustainably. In the following, based on the indicators extracted from the sources and experiences and by using questionnaire methods from the residents, tourists and residents of Bibi Shahrbanu neighborhood, a semi-structured interview with the elites and experts and trustees active in this issue and the study of reports, documents Existing and field observations collected information about these indicators and eva‎luated these indicators in terms of having these requirements and issues. The results of this eva‎luation show that the tourist area of Bibi Shahr Bano in Tehran is in an unsustainable state. Then, to complete this assessment, analyzes were made in the layers of the city forms and the different aspects of the issue were clarified. After that, vision statements were created and with the goals derived from it, strategies were presented at the level of this range. These strategies have been followed by various policies. This research has achieved design solutions with measures appropriate to this scope, which can be helpful in the future. For a better understanding of the designs and proposals made 3D images of the scope have been placed at the end.
