The historical monuments of every country are a part of the birth certificate, culture and record of the people who lived there. Among the oldest remaining buildings in the historical context of Yazd city are the houses of Al-Muzaffar era. These houses are among the buildings that have received little attention, and due to their small number, there are no suitable healthy and living examples to introduce to future generations. The remaining houses of this type have either been left practically uninhabited and are being destroyed, or have lost their originality due to the non-specialist interventions of the residents; Therefore, in this research, first seven remaining houses from this period in Abul-Ma'ali neighborhood of Yazd and its neighboring neighborhoods were selected and with a detailed understanding of their architectural, structural and functional characteristics, physical similarities and differences of these buildings were introduced, then the common plan model and The constant in them is presented and then for one of these examples, Najjizadeh house, according to the findings, a restoration & revival plan has been carried out. In this section, it deals with the studies of the building, the knowledge of the plan, the pathology and the eva‎luation of the damage of the house under study, and it has been tried to provide the necessary restoration solutions according to each type of damage. In the restoration plan of various elements of the house, the restoration approach is to preserve the originality and integrity based on the findings, and in this regard, it is tried to reduce the interventions to the minimum possible based on the principles and basics of restoration. In this research, library and field methods were used to obtain information, and analytical and comparative methods were used in order to complete the information. The result of this project is the physical and functional protection and restoration of the building as a valuable historical element that can play its role well as a component with historical identity alongside other components.
