بررسي اثرات زنجيره تامين سبز بر عملكرد سازماني در صنعت سراميك

انجام تغييرات موثر در زنجيره تامين سبز، اثرات قابل توجهي روي عملكرد شركت‌ها خواهد داشت. با بهره‌گيري از فرآيندها و سيستم‌هاي مديريت زنجيره تامين سبز، شركت‌ها قادر خواهند بود تا هزينه‌هاي محيطي خود را كاهش داده و در عين حفظ سطح كيفيت مورد انتظار، بهبود كارايي و بهره‌وري خود را افزايش دهند. در اين پژوهش بررسي اثرات زنجيره تامين سبز بر عملكرد سازماني در صنعت سراميك مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. اين پژوهش كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي همبستگي است. از نظر جمع آوري داده پيمايشي و از دسته پژوهش¬هاي كمي است. تحليل داده ها به¬وسيله نرم¬افزار AMOS و SPSS انجام شده و رابطه بين خريد سبز، توليد سبز، بازيافت سبز، حمل و نقل سبز، بسته¬بندي سبز و طراحي سبز و... مورد بررسي قرار مي¬گيرد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل 254 شركت و توليدي سراميك مي باشد و جامعه مديران شامل اعضاي هيات مديره و مديران ارشد بر اساس برآورد انجام شده از اطلاعات شركت ها شامل 1550 نفر مي باشد. تعداد نمونه آماري تحقيق پيشرو 153 نفر مي باشد. نتايج نشان مي دهد طراحي سبز، بسته بندي سبز، خريد سبز، توليد سبز، بازيافت سبز بر عملكرد سازماني تاثير معني داري دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد حمل و نقل سبز بر عملكرد سازماني تاثير معني¬داري ندارد. صنايع سراميك تمايل دارند در زمينه‌هاي طراحي محصولات، فرآيندهاي توليد، خريد مواد اوليه، بسته‌بندي و بازيافت اقدامات سبز را اجرا كنند تا بتوانند عملكرد بهتري كسب كنند. اين موضوع نشان مي‌دهد كه سازمان‌ها درك كاملي از اهميت عمليات سبز دارند و تمايل قوي به بهره‌برداري از فوايد آن در جهت بهبود عملكرد و موفقيت خود دارند. با اين حال، در حوزه حمل و نقل سبز، كه نيازمند سرمايه‌گذاري بالا و زيرساخت‌هاي مناسب است، سازمان‌هاي صنعت سراميك هنوز به طور كامل آمادگي لازم را ندارند.

Effect of Green Supply Chain on Organizational Performance in Ceramic Industry

Making effective changes in the green supply chain will have significant effects on the performance of companies. By utilizing green supply chain management processes and systems, companies can reduce their environmental costs and increase their efficiency and productivity while maintaining the expected level of quality. In this study, the effects of the green supply chain on organizational performance in the ceramic industry are examined. This is an applied and correlational descriptive research, classified as a quantitative survey. Data analysis was performed using AMOS and SPSS software, and the relationship between green purchasing, green production, green recycling, green transportation, green packaging, and green design, among others, was investigated. The statistical population of the research includes 254 ceramic companies and factories, and the managerial population includes board members and senior managers, estimating to 1550 people based on the information provided by the companies. The sample size of the research is 153 people. Results show that green design, green packaging, green purchasing, green production, and green recycling have a significant impact on organizational performance. However, green transportation does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. Ceramic industries are inclined to implement green practices in product design, production processes, raw material purchasing, packaging, and recycling to achieve better performance. This indicates that organizations have a full understanding of the importance of green operations and a strong desire to benefit from its advantages for improving their performance and success. However, in the area of green transportation, which requires high investment and appropriate infrastructure, ceramic industry organizations are not yet fully prepared.
