Contact with the outside world on a global scale and rapid developments in technology and markets have led to significant changes in the risky investment industry. In this process, risky investors make decisions based on various criteria and factors. The goal of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive examination of the decision-making factors of risky investors, which can contribute to the development of knowledge and a better understanding of their performance and decision-making processes. This thesis, based on theoretical foundations, examines the influential factors on investment strategy in risky investment funds. In this regard, multiple factors have been identified, with entrepreneurial characteristics, product, competitive strategies, expected return, market size, and market growth being among the most important and fundamental. A fuzzy hierarchical approach has been used to prioritize these factors.
