در دنياي امروز با توجه به رشد جمعيت، گرايش ويژه‌اي به انبوه‌سازي گرديده است. آنچه ميتواند در طراحي و ساخت كمك كننده باشد، دانستن در مورد آغاز بلند مرتبه سازي و يا به اصطلاح ساخت برج در دنيا و در ايران و سير تحول آنها است. از آنجا كه بلند مرتبه سازي در جهان پديده اي است كه در قرن 20ام خود را به ثبت رسانده و امروزه نيز به دليل افزايش جمعيت به بلندمرتبه سازي بيشتر روي آورده شده لذا بايد به عوامل تاثير گذار بر طراحي بلندمرتبه ها مانند فرم، تركيب بندي هاي بيروني، كاربري هر بلندمرتبه و ... ،بيشتر توجه نمود تا مسير آينده روشن تر شود.علاوه بر آنچه گفته شد؛ دنياي اطراف ما پر از رنگ‌هاي مختلف ميباشد كه اين رنگ‌ها تاثيراتي بر سلامت جسم و روح دارند و انتخاب صحيح رنگ ها و تركيب آنها در فضاهاي خانه چه در خانه هاي ويلايي چه در بلندمرتبه هاي مسكوني، بسيار حائز اهميت است. چراكه رنگ در طراحي داخلي از پارامترهاي اصلي ميباشد كه امروزه چه طراحان و چه كاربران شناخت مطلوبي از آن ندارند. يكي از كاربري هايي كه رنگ در آن نمود زيادي دارد كاربري مسكوني ميباشد لذا در اين پايان نامه به بررسي موارد ذكر شده پرداخته شده است. نتايج حاصل از مرور كتب و مقالات موجود به ترتيب در زمينه ي معماري و بلندمرتبه سازي، طراحي داخلي و رنگ، در قالب مرور ادبيات در فصل دوم آمده است. براي شناخت رنگ در فصل دوم به سيستم رنگي مانسل كه از كاربردي ترين سيستم ها ميباشد و در طراحي داخلي تاثير به سزايي دارد؛ پرداخته شده است. فصل سوم روش تحقيق و يافته هاي تحقيق ميباشد كه گام اول آن برمبناي فصل مرور ادبيات ، توصيفي-تحليلي است و گام دوم و اصلي تحقيق روش پيمايشي با ابزار پرسشنامه ميباشد. بدين منظور پس از آن كه فضاهاي داخلي حاصل از واحدهاي مجتمع مسكوني طراحي شده، بر اساس مرور ادبيات، هر فضاي داخلي در چهار حالت رنگي سرد روشن، سرد تيره، گرم روشن و گرم تيره به صورت تصوير نشان داده شد و گزينه هاي رقيب از طريق پرسشنامه در معرض انتخاب 552 نفر قرار گرفت و ميزان ترجيح آنها بر اساس طيف ليكرت (1-9) پرسيده شد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق شناسايي تركيب رنگهاي مطلوب براي فضاهاي داخلي از ديدگاه كاربران فضاهاي مسكوني براي منطقه 22 است. نتايج تحقيق شامل چهار جدول ميباشد كه جدول چهارم متناسب با هدف اصلي است و بر مبناي آنكه هر فضاي داخلي چه حالت رنگي اي را دارد، تركيب رنگي همه فضاهاي داخلي خانه بدست مي آيد لذا اين جدول، تركيب رنگي هاي مناسب براي فضاهاي داخلي را شامل ميشود. در جدول اول مطلوبترين حالت رنگي براي هر فضاي داخلي مشخص گرديده است. علاوه بر آنچه ذكر شد پاسخ ساير سوالات تحقيق در جداول ديگر آمده است. يكي از نتايج اين جداول در بخش سوم يافته ها بدين صورت ميباشد كه مخاطبين در 88درصد موارد رنگهاي روشن و 12درصد موارد رنگهاي تيره را براي فضاهاي خانه خود مي پسندند. تحليل هاي كاربردي اين جداول در فصل چهارم به صورت كامل آورده شده است. فصل پنجم (نمونه هاي موردي) شامل دو بخش 1- بررسي مشهورترين برج هاي قرن 20 ام ، و 2- نمونه هاي موردي بلند مرتبه و نحوه كاربرد طراحي داخلي و رنگ در آنها، است و در آخر فصل فرآيند طراحي و طرح نهايي ميباشد كه متناسب با نتايج تحقيق بدست آمده است.

In today's world, due to population growth, there is a special trend towards mass production. What can be helpful in designing and building is knowing about the beginning of high-rise construction or so-called tower construction in the world and in Iran and their evolution. Since high-rise construction in the world is a phenomenon that has been recorded in the 20th century and today due to the increase in population, more high-rise construction has been done, so it is necessary to consider the factors influencing the design of high-rise buildings such as form, compositions The exterior, the use of each high-rise, etc., paid more attention to make the future path clearer.In addition to what was said; The world around us is full of different colors, which have effects on the health of the body and soul, and the correct choice of colors and their combination in the spaces of the house, whether in villas or high-rise residential buildings, is very important. Because color in interior design is one of the main parameters that neither designers nor users have a good understanding of. One of the uses in which color has a lot of expression is residential use, so in this thesis, the mentioned cases have been investigated.The results of the review of existing books and articles in the field of architecture and high-rise construction, interior design and color, respectively, are presented in the form of Literature Review in the second chapter. To know the color in the second chapter, Munsell's color system, which is one of the most practical systems and has a significant impact on interior design; Been paid. The third chapter is the research method and research findings, the first step of which is descriptive-analytical based on the background chapter of the research, and the second and main step of the research is the survey method with the questionnaire tool.For this purpose, after the interior spaces of the residential complex units were designed, based on the literature review, each interior space was shown as a picture in four color modes: cold, light, cold, dark, warm, light, and warm, dark. 552 people were selected through a questionnaire and their preference was asked based on the Likert scale (1-9). The main purpose of this research is to identify the optimal color combination for interior spaces from the point of view of users of residential spaces for region 22. The results of the research include four tables, the fourth table corresponds to the main goal and based on the color of each interior space, the color combination of all the interior spaces of the house is obtained, so this table includes the combination of suitable colors for the interior spaces. can be In the first table, the most desirable color mode for each interior is specified. In addition to what was mentioned, the answers to other research questions are given in other tables. One of the results of these tables in the third part of the findings is that the audience likes light colors in 88% of cases and dark colors in 12% of cases for their home spaces.The practical analyzes of these tables are given in full in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter (case examples) includes two parts: 1- review of the most famous towers of the 20th century, and 2- high-ranking case examples and how to use interior design and color in them, and at the end of the chapter is the design process and the final plan, which According to the research results obtained.
