در هر سازمان پروژه محور، يكي از مهم‌ترين اركان، تامين مواد اوليه با قيمت مناسب و در زمان مناسب است كه مستقيماً بر روي قيمت تمام شده و رضايت مشتري تاثير خواهد گذاشت. امروزه، برنامه‌ريزي و مديريت چندين پروژه اهميت ويژه‌اي پيدا كرده است و همين امر سازمان‌ها را به يافتن روش‌هاي بهينه جهت اين امر سوق مي‌دهد. عدم هماهنگي در بخش هاي مختلف بخصوص تامين و تداراكات مي‌تواند هزينه‌هاي جبران ناپذيري را براي سازمان در بر داشته باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش، به وجود آوردن هماهنگي در تداركات پروژه‌ها، كاهش هزينه‌هاي تامين و تداركات و برنامه‌ريزي و مديريت چندين پروژه همزمان با تمركز بر تداركات پروژه در سازمان مورد مطالعه است. در اين پژوهش معيارهاي برنامه‌ريزي از پژوهش‌هاي گذشته ، سازمان مورد مطالعه و سازمان‌هاي مشابه استخراج و سپس برنامه‌ريزي خريد از هر تامين‌كننده و برنامه ريزي خريد براي پروژه‌ها توسط مدل رياضي MIP با هدف كاهش هزينه حل شده است. اين پژوهش در راستاي بهبود فرآيند سفارش گذاري و بهبود برنامه‌ريزي پروژه‌ها است تا با آن بتوان گامي در بهبود برنامه‌ريزي‌ها در حوزه تامين سازمان برداشت. يكي از نوآوري‌هاي اين پژوهش تركيب معيار‌هايي است كه در پژوهش‌هاي گذشته در حوزه برنامه‌ريزي منابع غير تجديد پذير پروژه، مورد استفاده قرارگرفته است و همچنين نوآوري‌هايي همچون گروه بندي خريد‌ها بين پروژه‌هايي كه از تامين‌كننده مشترك خريد مي‌كنند (گروپاژ) و ارائه يك نرم افزار سازماني جهت استفاده از مدل طراحي شده در اين پژوهش وجود دارد. نتايج به دست آمده از اين پژوهش باعث كاهش 20% از هزينه‌هاي تداركات سازمان شده‌است و همچنين برنامه‌اي جامع جهت تداركات پروژه‌ها به سازمان مورد مطالعه ارائه مي‌كند كه اين برنامه شامل ميزان هزينه‌هاي سازمان در زمان‌هاي مختلف، زمان سفارش‌گذاري و زمان رسيدن به انبار سازمان است. اين سيستم برنامه ريزي همچنين زمان شروع و پايان ساخت پروژه‌ها و نحوه گروپاژ خريد را محاسبه مي‌نمايد.

Scheduling and Management system of multi-projects with a focus on project procurement in the Case studied company

In any project-oriented organization, one of the most important pillars is the supply of raw materials at the right price and at the right time, which will directly affect the final price and customer satisfaction. Today, the planning and management of several projects has become particularly important, and this leads organizations to find optimal methods for this. Lack of coordination in various departments, especially supply and procurement, can involve irreparable costs for the organization. The purpose of this research is to create coordination in project procurement, reduce supply and procurement costs, and plan and manage several projects at the same time, focusing on project procurement in the case studied organization. In this research, planning criteria are extracted from past researches, the case studied organization and similar organizations, and then purchase planning from each supplier and purchase planning for projects are solved by MIP mathematical model with the aim of cost reduction. This research is aimed at improving the ordering process and improving the planning of projects so that a step can be taken in improving planning in the field of organization supply. One of the innovations of this research is the combination of criteria that have been used in past researches in the field of project non-renewable resources planning, as well as innovations such as grouping purchases between projects that buy from a common supplier and providing an organizational software to use the model. designed in this research. The results obtained from this research have reduced the organization's procurement costs by 20% and also provide a comprehensive plan for project procurement to the studied organization, which includes the amount of the organization's costs at different times and the time of ordering and the time of arrival at the organization's warehouse. This planning system also calculates the start and end time of construction projects and how to buy groupage.
