All manufacturers try to produce their products with the best quality and the lowest cost, which we know today is the requirement to achieve this goal by using risk management. Facing the conditions of uncertainty has caused researchers to pay attention to the study of risk management in the supply chain in order to better control the chain in conditions of uncertainty by better identifying a supply chain and its risks.
Manufacturers are trying to produce products with the best quality and the lowest cost, which requires the use of risk management.
Risk management includes risk identification, risk prioritization and planning to reduce the adverse effects of risk. Risk assessment and prioritization is one of the important stages of risk management, which shows its importance due to the frequency of risks and the requirement to spend optimal resources in the supply chain.
Ignoring risk prioritization causes irreparable damages to different parts of the chain. Risk evaluation and prioritization determines the superiority of each risk based on indicators and as a result provides the possibility of providing a suitable response to deal with each risk.
Cellulose industries and related industries have an increasing scope in today's world due to their biocompatibility.
With forest resources in the north and sugarcane resources in the south, as well as access to recycled resources of neighboring countries including Iraq, Iran has several large production complexes in this area and plays an important role in the region as a producer of tissue, printing and writing paper. It has wrapping paper and even disposable containers. Therefore, identifying the supply chain of these products in line with moving towards a green chain, as well as identifying the risks of this supply chain and prioritizing them for optimal chain management and reducing costs and increasing chain efficiency is very important for the economy as well as the environment.
In this research, while fully identifying the paper supply chain in Iran, all the risks of this chain have been extracted. The process of extracting risks is based on the opinions of experts in this field among the reliable Iranian production groups, and after interviewing the experts, about 300 risks will be identified and extracted to cover the chain as much as possible.
Due to the increase of identified risks, in order to implement the ranking method, we will first reduce the number of risks using the fuzzy Delphi method and bring it to about 82 risks. In the following, it will perform ranking using the fuzzy BWM method and using pairwise comparison. After the completion of this process, the following risks of each area will be presented according to the degree of importance separately in the environment area, financial and credit area, production area, product sales area, supply area, human resources area and management area. In the end, by examining the following risks of each area, the importance of the role of boiler recovery, wastewater recycling, avoiding product weight differences, avoiding uneven paper surface, government policies on borders and its role in providing recycled paper, environment and We will find out its role in the supply of inclusions and so on in the supply chain of green paper.
