با جهاني شدن مشاغل و متعاقب آن فشارهاي رقابتي ، تاثير و اهميت بكارگيري شركت هاي لجستيكي شخص سوم كه منجر به توانايي شركت ها در ارائه سريع و به موقع محصوالت متناسب با مشتري مي گردد، همواره به عنوان وزنه اي موثر در موفقيت شركت ها ويكي از جنبه هاي مهم كسب مزيت رقابتي، به شمار آمده است. با عنايت به اهميت اين موضوع درصنعت ساختمان،محقق اقدام به پژوهش در اين زمينه نموده است.اين تحقيق از نظر شيوه گردآوري اطالعات تحقيق توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي مي باشد. درابتدا با مطالعات مروري معيارهاي انتخاب شركت لجستيكي شخص سوم گردآوري ميشود سپس جهت طراحي اوليه مدل و بررسي روايي محتوي، طي مصاحبه و پرسشنامه نيمه ساختار يافته با خبرگان در دانشگاه و صنعت عمل مي گردد. سپس با روش كمي پيمايشي و توزيع پرسشنامه ساختار يافته درنمونه آماري مرتبا ، جهت دسته بندي شاخص هاي فرعي از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، جهت بررسي پايايي از آلفاي كرونباخ، نرمال بودن داده ها با استفاده از آزمون كولموگروف – اسميرنوف، روايي سازه متغيرها و شاخص هاي منتج از آنها، آزمون تحليل عاملي تاييدي، استفاده مي گردد. با آزمون تي تك نمونه اي، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، آزمون فريدمن و مدلسازي معادالت ساختاري به بررسي سواالت تحقيق پرداخته ميشود .براساس يافته هاي اين پژوهش، معيارهاي انتخاب مجموعه هاي لجستيكي شخص سوم در صنعت ساختمان، در63 شاخص فرعي و با روش دسته بندي تحليل عاملي اكتشافي در 9 شاخص اصلي شامل معيارهاي: اقتصادي –مالي،رابطه با كارفرما، خدمات، كيفيت خدمات، سيستم اطالعات، تجهيزات، انعطاف، حرفه اي، موقعيت، مشخص گرديد بين متغيرهاي تحقيق در سطح اطمينان 99 درصد رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. اولويت بندي معيارهاي انتخاب مجموعه لجستيكي شخص سوم بر اساس نتايج آزمون فريدمن به ترتيب اهميت عبارتند از: اقتصادي- مالي، سيستم فناوري اطالعات، كيفيت خدمات، حرفه اي، رابطه با كارفرما، موقعيت، خدمات، انعطاف، تجهيزات همچنين بر اساس برازش الگوي مفهومي پژوهش، همخواني الگوي مفهومي با داده هاي گردآوري شده، تاًييد گرديده است.

Determining the selection criteria of third-party logistics companies in the construction industry

With the globalization of business and the subsequent competitive pressures, the impact and importance of using third-party logistics companies, which leads to the ability of companies to quickly and timely provide products tailored to customers, is always an effective weight in the success of companies. The important aspects of gaining a competitive advantage have been considered. Considering the importance of this issue in the construction industry, the researcher has conducted a research in this field. This research is a descriptive survey research in terms of data collection method. First, the selection criteria of the third-party logistics company are collected through review studies, then for the initial design of the model and checking the content validity, interviews and semi-structured questionnaires are carried out with experts in the university and industry. Then, with a quantitative survey method and the distribution of a structured questionnaire in the related statistical sample, in order to categorize the sub-indexes of the exploratory factor analysis, to check the reliability of Cronbach's alpha, the normality of the data using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the construct validity of the variables and indices. As a result of them, confirmatory factor analysis test is used. The research questions are examined with the sample t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Friedman's test and structural equation modeling. Based on the findings of this research, the selection criteria of the third party logistics sets in the construction industry, in 36 sub-indexes and with the exploratory factor analysis classification method in 9 main indexes, including the criteria: economic-financial, relationship with the employer, services, service quality, information system , equipment, flexibility, professionalism, location, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the research variables at the confidence level of 99%. The prioritization of the selection criteria of the third-party logistics complex based on the results of the Friedman test in order of importance are: economic-financial, information system, service quality, professional, relationship with the employer, location, services, flexibility, equipment, also based on the fit of the conceptual model of the research. The consistency of the conceptual model with the collected data has been confirmed.
