The present research has been carried out in order to design and implement the performance appraisal model of companies located in growth incubators. A case study was conducted on the Iran University of Science and Technology’s incubator and 14 companies from this incubator were selected as a statistical sample. The key difference between this model and other performance appraisal models is in the selection of eva‎luation components, so that at first, after reviewing the literature on the subject of performance appraisal, its practical and known models, as well as the upstream documents and regulations of the Iran University of Science and Technology Development Center, the initial model that It included components taken from the subject literature and documents and regulations of the University incubator. Then, based on the database analysis and round-trip interviews with 11 professors and experts and those involved in the incubator of the University of Science and Technology, this model has been finalized, which has 6 components to measure the performance of companies in the fields of organization nature, finance, human resources, documentation. The organization includes the central idea and support received from the University’s incubator. Then, by designing a questionnaire based on the criteria of the model, the data of the companies were collected and finally, using the VIKOR method, multi-criteria decision making (ranking of the companies) was done to solve this problem. Based on the results, Raibod Company has won the highest rank.
