The design of a biological-educational water sports complex for limited accommodation, in order to attract tourists and generate employment (sustainable development) in Bushehr city with an energy reduction approach, is the main topic of this thesis. The vision of this project is to use native architecture on the one hand and use the latest achievements and modern standards of the world on the other hand, which can be implemented in Iran. One of the main goals of this project is to investigate the features of zero energy architecture that can affect the structure of educational housing and find ways to coordinate the educational biological complex with the native architecture of Bushehr city. Sea games, the lack of recreational facilities in Bushehr city, this city is a suitable platform for designing a tourism and water sports training complex, helping to build a culture of respect for nature and the native climate of the city, encouraging the use of sustainable architecture and renewable energies. In order to reduce energy and promote tourism and job creation for sustainable development, as the main necessity and importance for the design of educational complex of sea games, the investigation of plex architecture and energy reduction methods in Bushehr city.
According to the above, in this thesis, the research framework will be discussed in the first chapter, which includes the statement of the importance and necessity of research, research questions and objectives, the background hypothesis and the aspect of research innovation, and finally the research method. In the second chapter of theoretical foundations, firstly, terminology will be discussed, then the history of the subject and the views of the experts will be discussed. After that, how to use renewable energies in the design elements of sports complexes, water, building and structural systems, and finally the specific features of the design will be presented. Marine resorts in Kish, Finolho Marine Resort in Maldives and Taranj Marine Hotel in Kish will be reviewed and their design points will be analyzed. In the fourth chapter of knowing the environmental base, the plan will be reviewed first in Bushehr province, Bushehr city. After that, local architecture, local materials in this city, typology of buildings will be examined. . Then, the architectural analysis of Bushehr city will be discussed, and design solutions in hot and humid areas will be discussed. At the end of this chapter, the construction in question will be analyzed by the environmental impact assessment method and its results will be presented. In the fifth chapter of standards and planning, the spatial functions of the project will be described and the criteria and standards required for their design will be presented. Then, examples of technology in the construction of water spaces will be examined, and at the end, the spatial planning of the present design will be presented in the form of tables. In the sixth chapter, the proposed plan, design sheets, including the process of forming the plan, details and architectural documents are presented.
According to the statement of the problem and the studies carried out mentioned above and designed by the method of library search, internet documents, case study and simulation by Design Builder software, all the goals were achieved and the research questions were answered in the design. given. It was also tried to use various aspects of sustainable architecture as a design basis.
