امكان‌سنجي و ارائه چارچوبي جهت بكارگيري تحويل يكپارچه پروژه

تحويل يكپارچه پروژه (IPD) افراد، سيستم‌ها، ساختار و شيوه‌ها را با هم ادغام مي‌كند تا با ايده يكپارچگي در منافع، حضور افراد، مديريت و اطلاعات بتواند بهره‌وري را افزايش دهد تا به اهداف پروژه اعم از هزينه، زمان‌بندي، كيفيت، ايمني و پايداري دست پيدا كند. اين پژوهش در ساختار روش‌شناسي پژوهش علم طراحي (DSR) ابتدا با جست‌وجوي سيستماتيك و مروري انتقادي بر ادبيات موضوع مفاهيم اصل، ابزار و توصيه به همراه ويژگي‌هاي هر يك را تشريح و بازتعريف دقيقي از آن‌ها ارائه مي‌دهد. به اين ترتيب 4 اصل براي IPD شامل «سود و زيان مشترك»، «درگيري زودهنگام ذي‌نفعان»، «رهبري و تصميم‌گيري مشترك» و «ارتباطات آزاد» است و 5 ابزار براي آن شامل ابزارهاي آن شامل «قرارداد واحد چندجانبه» «بكارگيري قرارداد هوشمند»، «هم‌مكاني»، «ساخت‌ناب» و «استفاده از BIM» و يك توصيه با عنوان «اخلاق همكارانه» شناسايي گرديد. سپس بوسيله روش نظرسنجي كيفي بوسيله مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه‌ساختاريافته پويا از افراد خبره به امكانسجي بكارگيري IPD بررسي شد و بوسيله گروه‌هاي كانوني چارچوبي در پاسخ به چگونگي دستيابي به آن طراحي گرديد. نتايج اين پژوهش از 18 منظر كلان چالش‌هاي IPD را به جزئيات واكاوي كرده و همچنين نقشه راهي شامل چالش‌هايي براي ارتقاي سطوح يكپارچگي هر اصل كه در 4 سطح تقسيم‌بندي اجرايي شده است در اختيار قرار مي‌دهد كه شدت آن‌ها در 4 سطح به طور نسبي به يكديگر مقايسه شده است. بكارگيري IPD در ايران با شرايط نامطلوب تا سطح تقريبا يكپارچه در كوتاه مدت امكان‌پذير است و اما براي سطوح بالاتر «سود و زيان مشترك» و «تصميم‌گيري و رهبري مشترك» به نسبت 2 اصل ديگر با مشكلات شديدتر و بيشتري روبه‌رو است اما حركت به سطح يكپارچگي خالص در «ارتباطات آزاد» و «درگيري زودهنگام

Investigate of feasibility and providing a framework to implementing Integrated Project Delivery

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) integrates people, systems, structure, and methods to reduce project waste and increase Efficiency through the idea of integration of benefits, people presence, management, and information to meet project goals including cost, schedule , quality, safety and sustainability. This research in the methodology structure of Design Science Research (DSR) first by Systematic search and Critical reviewing the literature, presents the concepts of Principles, Tools and Recommendations along with the characteristics of each one and provides a detailed redefinition of them. In this way, 4 principles for IPD include "common profit and loss", "early engagement of stakeholders", "joint leadership and decision-making" and "open communication" and 5 tools for it include "Single contract", " Smart contract" ,"Co-location", "Lean Construction" and "Building Information Modeling (BIM)" and a recommendation titled "Collaborative ethics" were identified. Then, the possibility of implementing IPD was investigated by qualitative survey method with dynamic semi-structured interviews of experts, and a framework was designed by focus groups in response to how to achieve it. The results of this research analyze the macro challenges of IPD in detail from 18 perspectives and also provide a route map including challenges to improve the integrity levels of each principle that has been implemented in 4 levels of division, and their intensity in 4 levels is relatively compared to each other. It is possible to apply IPD in Iran with unfavorable conditions to IPD-ish level in the short term, but for higher levels of "common profit and loss" and "joint decision-making and leadership" compared to the other 2 principles, it faces more and stronger problems and the the government has main role in this way.
