ايده ي طراحــي فضــاهاي اتعطاف پذير و چند عملكردي بــه صورت هــاي مختلــف و بــا معانــي متفــاوت، همــواره در حـوزە ي ادبيـات رشـته هاي مربـوط بـه معمـاري و شـهرسازي حضـور داشـته و تعريـف ايـن مفهـوم بـه صـورت جامـع همچنـان در حـال تكميـل اسـت. با توجه به تعاريف بررسي شده، بيمارستان چند عملكردي، فضاي درماني مي باشد كه علاوه بر تامين منافع درماني مراجعين ، توجهي ويژه در راستاي تامين ديگر نياز ها و منافع آن ها داشته باشد. يكي از ويژگي هاي مهم بيمارستان چند عملكردي قابليت خدمات رساني آن، نه تنها به بخش هاي داخلي، بلكه به بافت شهري مي باشد كه مي بايستي متناسب با بافت و نياز هاي شهري طراحي گردد. همچنين لازم است اين توسعه به صورت پاسخگو به شهر صورت بگيرد كه علاوه بر رفع نياز هاي شهري، سبب ايجاد ثبات در مولفه هاي شهري و زيستي نيز باشد. هدف از اين پايان نامه تحليل جنبه هاي اصلي انعطاف پذيري در طراحي مراكز درماني و استفاده از آن ها در بازسازي بيمارستان هاجر تهران بوده است. اين فرآيند از تجزيه و تحليل عميق مطالعات موردي بيمارستان هاي مختلف موجود و همچنين طرح هاي پيشنهادي به منظور درك اصول اصلي ساختار فضايي، سازماني، ساختاري و شهري بيمارستان ها آغاز شد. از آن جايي كه تاكيد اين پايان نامه بر بيمارستان در بافت شهري بود، تعداد كافي پروژه هاي توسعه و نوسازي بيمارستان به منظور يافتن راه حل بهينه و ساختار فضايي كارآمد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بر اساس دستاورد هاي اين پژوهش، تامين خدمات شهري مكمل درمان به عنوان يك دستاورد در آينده ي عملكرد مراكز درماني مورد تاكيد قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اين امر، مراكز درماني و بيمارستاني قادر خواهند بود در كنار پاسخگوئي به تمامي نيازهاي درماني بيماران، خدمات رساني شهري را هم براي تمامي مراجعين خود تامين نمايند.

Analysis of the concept of flexibility and its impact on hospital design (Design of a 100-bed general hospital in Tehran)

The idea of designing flexible and multi-functional spaces in different ways and with different meanings has always been present in the field of literature related to architecture and urban planning, and the definition of this concept in a comprehensive way is still being completed. T. According to the reviewed definitions, a multi-functional hospital is a therapeutic space that, in addition to providing the therapeutic benefits of clients, has special attention to meet their other needs and benefits. One of the important features of the multi-functional hospital is its ability to provide services not only to internal departments, but also to the urban context, which should be designed according to the urban context and needs. It is also necessary for this development to be responsive to the city, which, in addition to meeting the needs of the city, will also create stability in the urban and biological components. The purpose of this thesis was to analyze the main aspects of flexibility in the design of medical centers and their use in the reconstruction of Hajar Hospital in Tehran. This process started from an in-depth analysis of case studies of different existing hospitals as well as proposed plans in order to understand the main principles of spatial, organizational, structural and urban structure of hospitals. Since the emphasis of this thesis was on the hospital in the urban context, a sufficient number of hospital development and renovation projects were studied in order to find the optimal solution and efficient spatial structure. Based on the results of this research, the provision of urban services complementary to treatment has been emphasized as an achievement in the future of the performance of medical centers. Due to this, medical centers and hospitals will be able to provide urban services for all their clients in addition to responding to all the medical needs of patients.
