Cultural and creative industries play an important role in the creative economy. The importance of the creative economy for the development of society has been the subject of numerous scientific and specialized studies, not only from an economic perspective, but also from a social and cultural perspective. The observed connection between them is that creativity has recently been seen as a new type of competitive advantage. This is becoming the basis of a new economic paradigm called the creative economy. This concept is considered a relatively new orientation in theories of economic-social development that draws attention to the importance of human creativity in development.
On the other hand, the increasing complexity of economic, social, and technological systems has made crises, uncertainty, and risk an inseparable part of the management of today's organizations, so that the activities of organizations in the current environment must be such that achieving economic, environmental, and social results is accompanied by maintaining the longevity of the organization's efficiency. The concept of resilience in management research is used as a response and operational solution to the risk of reducing the longevity of organizations.
For this purpose, the present study, after reviewing the literature, using the theory-growing method with the implementation of the triple coding mechanism, has identified the factors of resilience and challenges of creative industries, and finally, in order to integrate the related categories through the Strauss-Corbin paradigmatic model, the mentioned conceptual model and its narrative have been presented.
After collecting data and analyzing them through several stages of coding, the research steps have been advanced, which resulted in 8 categories and the output of which was presented through the relevant conceptual model. In the presented model, the management of creative industries with a resilience approach was selected as the research's core variable, and the essential and inherent factors of creative industries, the obstacles facing creative industries, the simultaneous management and creation of balance between creativity and the market, and the role of governance in improving creative industries (as intervening factors), are the requirements for reaching the core variable, and the strategies and implications of implementing strategies are mentioned in the output of the model.
