افزايش جمعيت و توسعه شهرنشيني از يك سو و توسعه صنعتي همراه با ترويج فرهنگ مصرف گرايي خود از سوي ديگر، به توليد بيش از حد مواد زايد جامد و پسماندها و در نتيجه ايجاد محل دفن زباله ها ﯾﮏ ﺟﺰ ﺟﺪاﻧﺸﺪﻧﯽ در نواحي شهري و طبيعي كه منجر به انتشار گسترده انواع آلودگي هاي تهديدكننده سلامت انسان و تخريب محيط زيست شده است. اﻣﺎ ﻧﺒﺎﯾﺪ دفن زباله ﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي زﻣﯿﻦ ﻗﺮار داد، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ با تغيير كاربري آن به سمت ساماندهي و كاهش روند آلوده سازي محيط زيست در قالب طراحي هاي سازگار با محيط زيست رفت. اكوپارك، محيطي تفرجي است كه هدف اصلي آن فراهم آوردن يك فضاي فرهنگي زيست محيطي مناسب است كه ضمن حفظ محيط زيست به ارتقاي آموزش هاي عمومي، فرهنگ سازي و ارتقا شناخت زيست محيطي گردشگران منجر شود. اكو پارك‌ها از اهميت بين‌المللي زيادي برخوردار هستند،زيرا به لطف وجود آن‌ها كنترل ضايعات، كاهش آلودگي خاك و آب ممكن است. هدف از اين پژوهش شناخت، تحليل و طراحي پارك اكولوژيكي گردشگري در محل دفن زباله سراوان رشت به منظور ساماندهي و به حداقل رساندن آسيب هاي ناشي از پسماندهاي شهري به محيط زيست، اكوسيستم و فرايند هاي طبيعي مي باشد تا با تكيه بر قابليت ها و كاربري هاي متنوع و مفيد اكوپارك درجهت حفظ واحياي ظرفيت ها و ارزش هاي منحصر به فرد منطقه سراوان، حداكثر آسايش را براي افراد منطقه فراهم آورد. بدين ترتيب با جمع آوري نظريه ها و تئوري هاي موثر در حيطه اكوپارك ها ، اهداف آن ها و مسائل گردشگري و همينطور نكات حائز اهميت درباره زمين هاي قهوه اي،مديريت پسماند، محل دفن زباله هاي غيربهداشتي وهمچنين با بررسي نمونه هاي موردي منجر به دستيابي به راهكارها و استراتژي هاي طراحي قابل اجرا و دستور العمل هاي مشترك ، تدوين برنامه فيزيكي شد كه درنهايت به ارائه اصول و استراتژي هايي براي طراحي وبرنامه ريزي محل دفن زباله سراوان پرداخته شد و راه حل ها و اقدامات طراحي اكولوژيك با تاكيد بر محور آموزش جهت طراحي موثر و همگام محل دفن زباله با طبيعت جنگل هاي سراوان ارائه گرديد.

But it should not be considered as the last use of the land, but by changing its use, it should go towards organizing and reducing the process of environmental pollution in the form of environmentally friendly designs. Ecopark is a recreational environment, the main purpose of which is to provide a suitable environmental cultural environment, which, while preserving the environment, leads to the promotion of public education, culture and environmental awareness of tourists. Eco parks are of great international importance, because thanks to their presence, it is possible to control waste, reduce soil and water pollution. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze and design the tourism ecological park in Saravan Rasht landfill in order to organize and minimize the damage caused by urban waste to the environment, ecosystem and natural processes by relying on the capabilities and uses of Diversified and useful ecopark in order to preserve the vision of the unique capacities and values of Saravan region, provide maximum comfort for the people of the region. In this way, by collecting effective theories and theories in the field of ecoparks, their goals and tourism issues, as well as important points about brown lands, waste management, unsanitary waste landfills, and also by examining case examples, it leads to the achievement The solutions and strategies of applicable design and joint instructions, a physical program was compiled, which finally presented the principles and strategies for the design and planning of the Saravan landfill, and the solutions and actions of ecological design with an emphasis on the axis of education for An effective and synchronous design of the landfill with the nature of Saravan forests was presented.
