با نگرش به اينكه محيط‌هاي طبيعي محلي مناسبي براي اكوتوريسم به شمار مي‌روند و اكوتوريسم بالاترين كارايي و اثر بخشي در استفاده از توانايي هاي طبيعي و فرهنگي را دارد و با توجه به ارتباط عميق معماري با محيط طبيعي و همچنين اهميت وجود مجموعه‌هاي تفريحي و توريستي در ميزان جذب توريست در سطوح مختلف منطقه، شهر، كشور، ضرورت توجه به معماري اكوتوريسم و طراحي مجموعه‌هاي گردشگري در راستاي توسعه اكوتوريسم و توسعه پايدار زيست محيطي احساس مي‌شود. از طرفي در عصر حاضر بروز خشكسالي و محدوديت منابع آب به يكي از دغدغه‌هاي جامعه امروزي تبديل شده است و با توجه به همين موضوع در اين پژوهش به مسئله خشكسالي به عنوان يك پديده طبيعي زيست محيطي پرداخته خواهد شد تا بتوان با ارائه چارچوب‌ها و روش‌هاي مناسب جهت مديريت منابع آب در راستاي بحران آب كوشيد؛ بنابراين در اين پژوهش آنچه اهميت پيدا مي‌كند ارائه طراحي معماري پايدار مناسب با محيط در جهت توسعه اكوتوريسم، توسعه صنعت گردشگري و جذب گردشگر، حفظ محيط زيست و توسعه زيست محيطي پايدار و در نهايت پرداختن به مسئله خشكسالي و بحران آب مي‌باشد.

With the view that natural environments are suitable places for ecotourism, and ecotourism has the highest efficiency and effectiveness in using natural and cultural abilities, and considering the deep connection between architecture and the natural environment, as well as the importance of the existence of recreational and tourist complexes in the amount Attracting tourists at different levels of the region, city, and country, the need to pay attention to the architecture of ecotourism and the design of tourism complexes in line with the development of ecotourism and sustainable environmental development is felt. On the other hand, in the current era, the occurrence of drought and the limitation of water resources has become one of the concerns of today's society, and according to this issue, in this research, the problem of drought will be addressed as a natural environmental phenomenon, so that by providing suitable frameworks and methods, try to manage water resources in line with the water crisis; Therefore, in this research, what becomes important is to provide a sustainable architectural design suitable for the environment in order to develop ecotourism, develop the tourism industry and attract tourists, preserve the environment and sustainable environmental development, and finally address the issue of drought and water crisis.
