In today's era, tourism in its general sense and urban night tourism on a micro scale is one of the largest industries in the world and dependent on a major part of the global economy; that this phenomenon has been mixed with the life of people and governments in economic, socio-cultural and environmental terms. In the meantime, the fundamental question in the field of urban night tourism development is whether the components affecting urban night life and its dynamic relationship with the concept of urban space development have been correctly explained? In the meantime, Farahzad neighborhood of Tehran is one of the old neighborhoods located in the second district. This neighborhood is one of the neighborhoods that, despite some problems in the provision of services and urban infrastructures, despite the wear and tear of the environment, due to its very convenient strategic location in the vicinity of the Farahzad River and its very pleasant weather, it has the potential of green and open natural spaces. Based on this, the upcoming research intends to organize and design the neighborhood spaces and improve the environmental quality of the neighborhood by using physical design solutions. The main goal of the current research is to explain the factors affecting urban night tourism in Farahzad neighborhood of Tehran and compile indicators affecting the local economy of the studied area. In this research, it has been tried to realize the main goal in the form of five basic steps. In the first step; The main framework of the research which includes the introduction of the research, statement of the problem, necessity, research questions, research objectives, research research method and the main structure of this study has been mentioned. During the second step of the research, common theoretical bases in the scientific community based on the principles and goals of tourism development, the fields of night life development and night tourism have been investigated and compared. The fourth step is to recognize and eva‎luate the condition of the studied area, in which the scope of the plan and its location, the historical course of the neighborhood, studies of the natural structure of the neighborhood, and also the main physical and cultural components have been carefully studied. Finally, in the fifth step of this research, an attempt has been made to form a structure and content framework in line with policy making by answering the research questions to express the results and design ideas. Also, an effort has been made to bring together the theoretical and practical ideas arising from the urban design framework of urban night tourism development, focusing on the scale appropriate to the current research, to provide appropriate models in this neighborhood. In the end, the final design is in accordance with the policies of the policy plan and according to the goals and principles derived from the opinions of the interested and influential groups, as well as the recognition and eva‎luation of the site. All efforts have been made to protect and promote the native identity of the village-city, as well as create vitality and activate the abandoned area of Hosseinieh parking lot and infuse tourism support activities in accordance with the way of living of the local people, the economic conditions of the residents through improved design considerations and the motivation of living. increase The process as well as the final product of the work shows that the conditions of the design field are very important from the perspective of security, economic infrastructure and also the physical cultural structure of the host society. For this purpose, an effort has been made to study the Farahzad neighborhood of Tehran from the perspective of social, visual, physical, perceptual and public representatives, in order to take a deeper look at this category in addition to considering the most important influential areas.
