Tourism footpaths are a part of urban spaces that have a direct impact on the health and vitality of citizens, today for various reasons such as the continued use of motor vehicles in order to reduce time and distance costs, technological advancement and as a result remote work and inactivity. We are facing the decline of physical activities and the increase of heart diseases, blood pressure and diabetes, walking and exercise is one of the ways to prevent these diseases. In addition, in recent years, with the increase in the construction of apartments and the increase in building density in cities, there is a need for green and open tourist routes that not only help to reduce noise and air pollution, but also lead to a reduction in stress levels. They create a feeling of peace and mental recovery and also have a positive effect on diseases such as hyperactivity in children, anxiety and depression in adults. It is very felt. Therefore, the design of tourism footpaths with a focus on health should be considered. Creating health tourism footpaths requires
following its principles. This research tries to achieve the principles of designing health tourism footpaths in line with Dobrar Forest Park to help the health and improve the social vitality of the citizens.
