اﻗﺘﺼﺎد مشاركتي ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﺷﮕﺮف ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ و ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﻣﺪاراﻧﻪ اي ﮐﻪ دارد، ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ روﯾﮑﺮد اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ، اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت آزمايشگاهي ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار مي گيرد . ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﻓﻘﻬﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺷﺮاﮐﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮﻋﯽ روشﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﺤﺚ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﺷﺮاﮐﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، از ﭼﻬﺎر ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻗﺮآن، ﺳﯿﺮه ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺒﺮ( ص) ، رواﯾﺎت و ﻗﻮاﻋﺪ ﻓﻘﻬﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮارمي گيرد . ﻓﺮﺿﯿﮥ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺛﻤﺮات ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﺷﺮاﮐﺘﯽ ﻣﺘﺮﺗﺐ اﺳﺖ ، در ﻧﻈﺎم اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي اﺳﻼم ، روش ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ ﺳﻮد ﺑﺮ ﻣﺪل اﺟﺎره ﻧﯿﺮوي ﮐﺎر ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ دﺳﺘﻤﺰد ﺛﺎﺑﺖ اﺳﺖ ، اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ و ﺑﺮﺗﺮي دارد . از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ راﻫﻜﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﻬﻢ ﻋﺎدﻻﻧﻪ ﻧﻴﺮوي ﻛﺎر ، ﺷﺮاﻛﺖ ﻛﺎرﮔﺮان در ﺳﻮد ﺑﻨﮕﺎه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ زﻳﺎدي در اﻳﺠﺎد ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ و رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﭘﺎﻳﺪار دارد . ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ روﻳﻜﺮد اﺳﻼﻣﻲ در اﻳﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻗﺪم ﺟﺪﻳﺪي در ادبيات باشد . در اين پژوهش ﺗﻌﺎدل ﻋﺮﺿﻪ و ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎ در اﻟﮕﻮي ﺷﺮاﻛﺘﻲ از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ اﺳﻼم ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ . باتوجه به نتايج اين پژوهش به نظر ميرسد در شرايطي كه شناختي از طرف مقابل وجود نداشته باشد، دينداري افراد موجب افزايش اعتماد كردن آنها نميشود. اما در همين شرايط، دينداري موجب افزايش شديد امانت داري افراد ميشود. نتايج پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه بعد عواطف (اخلاق) دينداري تاثير مثبت بر مشاركت داشته است.

The role of religious teachings in strengthening the cooperative economy ( Wage and Salary ) (Laboratory method)

Cooperative economy can be used as a new economic approach for different societies due to its great effect on efficiency and the aspect of moral justice . in this research , the collected information is broken down and analyzed in a laboratory manner . According to Fegh foundations of the Islamic cooperative economy , will be investigated from the four perspectives of the Qur’an , the biography of the prophet ( pbuh ) , narrations and Fegh rules. The hypothesis of his research is that due to the abundant fruits of the partnership economy , in the islamic economic system , the method based on profit sharing over the laber force rental model , which has a fixed salary payment , has priority and superiority . Among the methods of fair share of the laber force , the participation of workers in the company’s profits is very important in creating efficiency and sustainable economic growth . Investigating the Islamic approach in this regard can be a new step in literature . in this research , he analyzes the balance of supply and demand in the cooperative model from the perspective of islam. According to the results of this reseach , it seems people’s religiosity does not increase their trust in a situation where there is no knowledge of the other party . But in the same situation , religiosity greatly increases the trustworthiness of people . the results of the research show that the emotional dimension ( ethics ) of religiosity had a positive effect on participation.
