محله اودلاجان از محلات تاريخي شهر تهران است كه يكي از قديمي‌ترين هسته‌هاي سكونت در تهران محسوب مي‌شود. گذر امامزاده يحيي در محله اودلاجان شرقي داراي بناهاي شاخص فراوان است كه مهم‌ترين آن بناي امامزاده يحيي است. علي‌رغم ارزش‌هاي تاريخي و فرهنگي، محله اودلاجان امروزه دچار آسيب‌هاي مختلف اجتماعي، فرهنگي و كالبدي شده است. عدم اجراي طرح‌هاي احياء و باززنده‌سازي يكپارچه بافت، باعث شده تا آسيب‌ها در حد روشني در پلاك‌هاي ارزشمند و شاخص اين محدوده از بافت تاريخي قابل رؤيت باشد. با توجه به ارزش‌هاي موجود در اين محدوده و آسيب‌هايي كه منجر به فرسايش آن‌ها مي‌شود، حفاظت از بناهاي موجود در گذر امامزاده يحيي و احياء عملكردي آن ضرورت دارد. به اين منظور اين پژوهش سعي دارد با استفاده از روش مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و اسناد و شيوه مصاحبات ميداني به وسيله‌ي الگوبرداري و انطباق پذيري از وضعيت پيشين بناها و نيازهاي روز شهروندان ساكن در اين بافت، بناهاي مورد نظري كه دچار آسيب‌هاي كالبدي شده‌اند را شناسايي كند. كاربري‌ مورد توجه در اين راستا خوابگاه دانشجويي بوده است كه قابليت بالا بردن كيفيات زيستي محله جهت تبديل آن به يك منطقه مسكوني را دارا است. از آن‌جا كه رويكرد به كار رفته در طراحي‌ها، مرمت و احياء كالبدي و عملكردي بناها بوده است، طراحي صورت گرفته فرهنگ معماري تاريخي ايراني را در عين استفاده از ظرفيت‌هاي معماري معاصر بازتاب مي‌دهد.

Designing student dormitory for girls with an emphasis on the reflection of Iranian architectural culture in contemporary architecture (with infill approach in historical district of Odlajan)

Odlajan neighborhood is one of the historical neighborhoods of Tehran, which is considered one of the oldest residential centers in Tehran. Passage of Imamzadeh Yahya in Eastern Odlajan neighborhood has many landmark buildings, the most important of which is the building of Imamzadeh Yahya. Despite its historical and cultural values, Odlajan neighborhood has suffered various social, cultural and physical damages. The non-implementation of plans for restoration and integrated revitalization of the fabric has caused the damages to be clearly visible in the valuable and indicative plaques of this area of historical fabric. Considering the existing values in this area and the damage that leads to their erosion, it is necessary to protect the existing buildings in Imamzadeh Yahya passage and restore their functionality. For this purpose, this research tries to identify the buildings in question that have suffered physical damage by using the method of library studies and documents and the method of field interviews by modeling and adapting to the previous condition of the buildings and the daily needs of the citizens living in this context. In this regard, the student dormitory has been an interesting use, which has the ability to improve the biological quality of the neighborhood in order to turn it into a residential area. Since the approach used in the designs was to restore and revive the physical and functional buildings, the design reflects the Iranian historical architectural culture while using the capacities of contemporary architecture.
