يكي از موضوعات مهمي كه همواره در حوزه حكمراني و مديريت كلان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است نحوه ايجاد تحول در جامعه براي دستيابي به وضعيت مطلوب مورد نظر بوده است. تحقيقات صورت گرفته حاكي از آن است كه تلاش‌هايي كه براي ايجاد تحول مثبت به سوي تعالي در جامعه صورت مي‌گيرد با گروه‌هاي ذينفع معارض مواجه خواهد شد كه تمايل به ايجاد تغيير و تحول مورد نظر ندارند و همواره در مقابل آن مقاومت مي‌كنند. تكيه بر نظريه مبناي "رهبري تحول" از مهمترين نوآوري اين پژوهش است كه در آن تلاش شده با انجام مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه، ضمن شناسايي و دسته بندي انواع گروه‌هاي ذينفع معارض كه ممكن است در مقابل ايجاد تحول در جامعه نقش آفريني نمايند، راهكارهاي كلي پيشنهادي براي مواجهه با گروه‌هاي مذكور شناسايي و معرفي شوند. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش در قالب جداول و نمودارهايي معرفي شده است. دستاوردهاي حاصل از اين پژوهش مي‌تواند براي افرادي كه در زمينه برنامه‌ريزي براي ايجاد تغيير و تحول در جامعه و نقش آفريني به عنوان رهبران مياني و عالي تحول‌گرا در چارچوب نظريه نظام انقلابي تلاش مي‌كنند، مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Identifying and presenting the mapping of conflicting stakeholder groups in creating transformation in the society and providing suggested solutions to face them.

One of the important issues that has always been considered in the field of governance and macro management is the way to create transformation in the society to achieve the desired desired situation. The conducted research indicates that the efforts that are made to create a positive transformation towards excellence in the society will be faced with opposing interest groups who do not want to create the desired change and transformation and always resist it. Relying on the basic theory of "transformational leadership" is one of the most important innovations of this research, in which, by conducting library studies and interviews, while identifying and categorizing the types of conflicting interest groups that may play a role in creating transformation in society, general solutions have been tried. A proposal to face the mentioned groups to be identified and introduced. The results of this research are presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results of this research can be used for people who are trying to create change and transformation in the society and play a role as transformational middle and high leaders in the framework of revolutionary system theory.
