Emphasis on the importance use of MaaS in the transportation industry of countries due to today's population and with the aim of attracting more passengers and demand is necessary. because of the Lack of research in the field of analysis of Mobility as a Service in Iran until now, this article is innovative and practical into solve the problems and expand the usage space in the field of transportation in Iran and solve problems such as lack of proper and flexible communication between different forms of the transport with each other, air pollution, accidents and overuse of the personal car Due to the high number of accidents caused by road use) According to the statistics of the I.R. Of IRAN Road Maintenance & Transportation Organization(, which is the main reason for many of the problems that we noticed. Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is an integrated system that through a single online interface enables commuters to plan, book, and pay for trips which utilise a range of mobility providers. MaaS has a unique characteristic to provide a system into which new service options can be integrated with traditional transportation modes that can reduce negative social, environmental and economic externalities of private automobile travel and a means to overcome some of the negative externalities associated with automobile dependency.
It is also possible to increase the use of public transport, which is a concern of many countries to increase efficiency in this way by reduced cost with best service in transportation for passengers. Maas help us in Transportation by combining different modes and integrated travel options via various modes and actors including public transport, car-sharing, ridesharing, taxies, bicycles. Integration of different forms of public and private transport into a single service by increasing competition for shifting demand away from the car is gaining attention with the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
In Iran, attention to the importance use of MaaS and available problems in this field in the country is important, with MaaS we can make very effective promotion by evaluating the performance in this area in order to create an integrated connection between different modes of transportation. the factor related to people in different groups and ages about MaaS in Iran is important that has been studied in this article . One of the age periods that is of great importance in the issue of travel behavior is the young age between 15-40 years old, because first of all, people face significant growth in intra-city travel and transportation needs. secondly, they face an increase in different transportation options, and thirdly, the travel behavior that is formed in people during this period can last for the rest of their lives. As a result a Business model has been presented to find strengths and weaknesses about MaaS. finally with a detailed study and aspects affecting the factors affecting MaaS in all young residents of Tehran, and The statistical population of this research is all young people living in Tehran between 18-40 years old. In this research, a questionnaire tool was used to collect data and 384 questionnaires were completed by different people. After analyzing the data be descriptive statistics, confirmation Factor Analysis and Structural equation models were used, which is very practical and helps the economy and development of the country, we have the necessary suggestions to a For guidance the traditional method to technology in the country in transportation industry. Finally MaaS outcomes are reduced vehicle ownership, improved social equity and public transportation.
