امروزه نقش مديريت مالي در موفقيت شركت‌ها و زنجيره‌هاي تامين نه تنها در كشورهاي در حال توسعه بلكه در كشورهاي توسعه يافته نيز مورد بحث است و توانايي اين بنگاه‌ها وابسته به پتانسيل سرمايه گذاري در نوآوري و كيفيت مي‌باشد. از اين¬رو اين مطالعه به بررسي مدل¬هاي يكپارچه جريان مواد و مالي زنجيره تامين مواد غذايي پرداخته است. در اين راستا تعداد 20 شركت صنايع غذايي فعال در بازار بورس براي بازه زماني 10 ساله با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل پوششي داده¬ها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داده است كه ميزان شاخص هرفيندال- هيرشمن حاكي از وجود فضاي رقابتي در صنايع غذايي ايران است. بر اساس نتايج مدل ساختار بازار، بين سهم بازاري و سودآوري ارتباط معني¬دار و مثبتي وجود دارد. با توجه به اين¬كه سودآوري مهمترين عامل در افزايش سهم بازار است، لازم است تدابيري انديشيده شود تا با ايجاد شرايط كسب و كار مناسب و افزايش سود، بنگاه¬هاي فعال در صنايع مذكور از مزاياي سهم بزرگ بازاري برخوردارشوند.

analysis of integrated material and financial flow models of the supply chain (case study: food supply chain)

Today, the role of financial management in the success of companies and supply chains is discussed not only in developing countries but also in developed countries, and the ability of these companies depends on the potential of investing in innovation and quality. Therefore, this study investigated the integrated models of material and financial flow of the food supply chain. In this regard, the number of 20 food industry companies active in the stock market for a period of 10 years was investigated using data Envelopment analysis technique. The results have shown that the Herfindahl Harishman index indicates the existence of a competitive environment in Iran's food industry. Based on the results of the market structure model, there is a significant and positive relationship between market share and profitability. Considering that profitability is the most important factor in increasing the market share, it is necessary to think of measures so that by creating suitable business conditions and increasing profits, companies active in the mentioned industries can enjoy the benefits of a large market share.
