The automotive industry is considered one of the most important and valuable industries all over the world, and in our country, due to the extent of this industry, many craftsmen and researchers are interested in reducing the costs of this industry. Sapco company, as Iran Khodro design and engineering and parts supply company, always seeks to reduce the costs of the country's automotive supply chain, so the issue of determining regional warehouses has become very important for this company, in the course of this research, by examining the information available from Sapco company Identifying the location of all suppliers across the country, candidate locations for building a regional warehouse, costs of transportation equipment, etc., firstly, to categorize 430 suppliers of Iran Khodro Company and determine 24 categories of suppliers that are located close to each other and the cost The transfer of goods from them to the candidate locations of the regional warehouse was the same, then 5 candidate locations were presented by Sapco company's logistics experts, and for the convenience of researching the company's manufactured goods in 10 general categories including decorative equipment, dashboard, mechanism and ... was categorized. One of the effective parameters in the final decision is the fixed cost of initial construction, which includes the cost of purchasing land and equipment. After receiving the classification and analysis of information from the respected experts of Sapco company, we have solved the model created using Garmez software and solved it in the output using the mathematical modeling method of the model of minimizing the costs of transportation, storage, initial construction of the regional warehouse, etc. Among the 5 proposed locations, 2 locations were identified as the optimal locations for the construction of a regional warehouse, and the costs in these warehouses have been optimized. The storage strategy in each of the regional warehouses is such that each of the suppliers sends their production parts to the nearest regional warehouse and then according to the production plan of Iran Khodro Company, these items are collectively placed in the trolleys for transporting the items and The transportation equipment should be transported to the destination, which is Iran Khodro factory in Tehran, and the cost of transportation will be reduced. So, to categorize these suppliers to send to each of the regional warehouses according to the criteria of distance from the warehouse, we have used clustering methods and k-means algorithm. In order to measure the correct number of clusters, the silhouette coefficient and the conditions and requirements of Sapco company have been used. During the research, we have been looking for improvements in costs related to distance, maintenance and shortage. This thesis has been created in 5 chapters, in the first chapter, the issue and definitions of the supply chain of location positioning in the automotive supply chain and research goals and innovation have been discussed. In Chapter 2, the details of the location problem including the classification of location problems with the mathematical description of the location problem of the clustering algorithm are presented. The research method and modeling of clustering is examined in chapter 3. In the continuation of the research findings, including the output of modeling in Gamez software, the clustering of suppliers is done according to the suggested outputs of Gamez in chapter 4. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are made in chapter 5.
