The formation of cities near rivers has always been considered for access to water sources, and the first social centers were always formed next to water sources and rivers. By looking again at rivers and re-creating them in the field of landscape design and as vital arteries of cities, we can create an opportunity to strengthen the social connections of cities and increase vitality. The vitality of public spaces is one of the qualities of public spaces that depends on physical and social characteristics. The existence of rivers is a great opportunity to penetrate the characteristics of the natural environment in the public areas of cities and make them lively. In order to improve the quality of the image and landscape of the river, it is necessary to pay attention to the visual qualities that can be obtained from the urban spaces and the public arena of the river, to design the visual corridors towards the river and how to connect the river to the public arena system.
Urban spaces are a part of the daily life of the residents of every city, these spaces should be designed in such a way that they are responsive to all sections of the society and become a suitable place for citizens to spend their free time. In the meantime, urban waterways and rivers are hidden opportunities that have been neglected due to the lack of green and open spaces in cities and despite their great potential, they are not fully utilized.
The city of Ravansar is not exempt from this issue and despite its natural potentials such as mirages, plains, mountains, waterfalls, historical buildings, and easy and convenient access to the neighboring cities and the tourism pole, which is known as the gem of Oramanate, its potential has not been paid attention to. No action has been taken to improve vitality and attract tourism, and this has caused the city residents and tourists who come to Ravansar to spend less time in Ravansar and quickly travel to the neighboring city. According to the studies carried out in the border area of Ravansar mirage, this mirage has a very high potential to improve the image and urban landscape and also has the ability to create spaces for social interactions. This research aims at "designing the edge of the mirage of Rwanserba, aiming to improve the vitality of the urban space from the point of view of urban design. In this regard, improving the quality of communal spaces with vitality, encouraging the revitalization of cities according to the urban identity, increasing the prosperity of tourism, creating security, and creating incentives for people's participation are among the goals of the research. In this project, two methods have been used to collect information, field, geospatial technique, SWOT and library. In the theoretical method (documentary and library research with reference to available Persian and English sources), books, publications, results of conventions and conferences, as well as relevant information processing network databases were collected. In the field method, we use a number of questions related to the topic and after distributing them among the city residents and tourists and evaluating them, we make their point of view the basis of the design. Spatial, social and environmental aspects of the target area have been discussed. Finally, the findings of the research are in the form of action instructions aimed at improving the quality of the space. This research provides design criteria and sub-criteria in the field of environmental, physical-economic, social and cultural, in the course of examining the criterion and its indicators and appropriate tools for information manipulation, and after examining the analyzes that are based on the field observations and the interviews and answers to the questionnaires, we reached the macro-goals and operational strategies, which caused projects to be defined topically and topically, and prioritization was adopted with respect to time and operationality, and finally led to the design of an executive plan that plans Two-dimensional and three-dimensional are presented at the end of the fifth chapter.
