Creating and strengthening safety behaviors in construction project employees is of great importance, and it is necessary to identify and strengthen the factors affecting the organizational safe behavior of these employees. Human errors are one of the main factors in the occurrence of accidents in the construction industry, and every year a large number of people in this industry lose their lives or suffer severe physical and mental injuries. This research seeks to identify the factors that cause project employees' reluctance to comply with safety issues, and its purpose is to investigate and prioritize these factors to provide appropriate solutions. Most of the articles have dealt with these factors, but they have not focused enough on the relationship between these factors and the loss of life and money. To check these relationships, control, establishment and continuous monitoring of the system can be effective. However, controlling all employees is difficult and costly; Therefore, the use of employee safety methods and promotion of safety attitude in construction is suggested. These methods can examine the relationships between different factors and achieve significant results and find out the effect of each factor. In past researches, employee safety compliance has been investigated, but the causes of employees' reluctance to safety issues have received less attention. Non-use of safety equipment by workers in construction projects occurs for various reasons such as insufficient awareness, lack of access to equipment, uncomfortable equipment, inappropriate work culture and insufficient supervision. To improve this situation, most of the research that has been done is such that continuous training, provision of appropriate equipment, creation of incentive systems and increased supervision and application of stricter regulations can be considered and carried out. The method of this research is quantitative; First, questionnaires were prepared and distributed among workers, foremen, quality officials and implementation experts. A total of 161 questionnaires were filled and the data of these questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS22 statistical analysis software. The results of this analysis show that factors such as management's commitment to safety, safety management and supervision, people's personal attitude towards safety and the level of awareness about safety, as well as workplace safety factors, unsafe physical conditions and unsafe behavior have an impact on employee safety. . In our findings, the safety climate of the employer, social conditions and inhibiting factors that were found in the literature review did not have much effect on the safety behavior of the employees, which may be due to the characteristics of the statistical and cultural society of the construction industry in Iran.
