تجزيه و تحليل كسب وكار عملكرد سازمان‌ها را به طرق مختلف تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد، امروزه موضوع تجزيه و تحليل كسب وكار و نقش آن بر عملكرد، مورد توجه بسياري از سازمان‌ها قرار گرفته است و منابع قابل توجهي را در اين راستا سرمايه‌گذاري مي‌كنند هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير قابليت‌هاي تجزيه و تحليل كسب وكار بر چابكي و عملكرد شركت‌هاي فعال در صنايع غذايي از طريق كيفيت اطلاعات و ظرفيت نوآوري مي‌باشد اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت توصيفي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش مالكان، مديران و متخصصان شركت‌هاي برتر صنايع غذايي كشور است و ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه مي‌باشد، جهت آزمون فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از روش مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري و تجزيه و تحليل مسير در نرم ‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه رابطه معناداري بين تأثير قابليت‌هاي تجزيه و تحليل كسب وكار بر چابكي و عملكرد شركت‌ها با نقش ميانجي كيفيت اطلاعات و ظرفيت نوآوري وجود دارد همچنين با توجه به نتايج آزمون و نقش هريك از گويه‌هاي پرسشنامه و ميزان اهميت آنها پيشنهادهاي كاربردي از جمله گسترش مدل‌هاي كسب وكار در سطح سازمان، ارتقاء زير ساخت‌هاي فناوري اطلاعات، پياده سازي مديريت دانش و افزايش ظرفيت نوآوري جهت استفاده مالكين، مديران و فعالين حوزه صنايع غذايي ارايه شده است.

The role of business analytics capabilities in firms’ agility and performance

Business analysis affects the performance of organizations in many ways, today the subject of business analysis and its role on performance has been the focus of many organizations and they invest significant resources in this direction. Presently, the effect of business analysis capabilities on the agility and performance of companies active in the food industry through information quality and innovation capacity is investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. The statistical population of the research is the owners, managers and specialists of the top food industry companies in the country, and the data collection tool is a questionnaire, in order to test the hypotheses of the research, the method of structural equation modeling and path analysis was used in Smart PLS software. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between the effect of business analysis capabilities on the agility and performance of companies with the mediating role of information quality and innovation capacity. Also, according to the test results and the role of each of the items in the questionnaire and their importance, practical suggestions such as expansion Business models at the organization level, upgrading information technology infrastructures, implementing knowledge management and increasing innovation capacity have been presented for the use of owners, managers and activists in the food industry.
