چكيده
حمل و نقل ريلي بار عليرغم داشتن مزايايي همچون امكان حمل بار با تناژ بالا و در مسافت هاي طولاني، صرفه جويي در سوخت، كاهش آلاينده هاي محيط زيست و افزايش امنيت، نسبت به شيوه جاده با اقبال خوبي روبرو نشده است و بسياري از صاحبان بار و كالا تمايل به حمل بار با ريل ندارند. ﻣﯿﺰان ﺣﻤﻞ وﻧﻘﻞ رﯾﻠﯽ ﺑﺎر در اﯾﺮان در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﺟﺎده اي ﺑﺎر، ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. سهم اندك حمل و نقل ريلي بار عمدتا به دليل مطلوبيت ضعيف آن در مقايسه با شيوه جاده اي است. انتقال هر تن كيلومتر بار از جاده به ريل داراي منافع ملي و اجتماعي بسيار زيادي است. ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب وﺳﻴﻠﻪ ﺣﻤﻞ بار و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﻊ آن ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﻴـﺖ ﺷـﻴﻮه ﺣﻤـﻞ و ﻧﻘـﻞ بار ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﺳﺎز ﺗﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﻫﺎي ﻛﻼن در ﺣﻮزه ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. بنابراين ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮوژه، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ ﺣﻤﻞ رﯾﻠﯽ ﺑﺎر از ديد صاحبان بار و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻬﻢ ﺣﻤﻞ وﻧﻘﻞ رﯾﻠﯽ ﺑﺎر ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان– ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل دﯾﻨﺎﻣﯿﮑﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺗﺎ از اﯾﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ جايگاه رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ راه آﻫﻦ در ﺣﻤﻞ ﺑﺎر ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﯾﺎﺑﺪ و ﺗﻌﺎدل ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺣﻤﻞ رﯾﻠﯽ و ﺟﺎده اي ﺑﺮﻗﺮار ﺷﻮد.
در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ حمل رﯾﻠﯽ از دﯾﺪ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺎن ﺑﺎر، ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻣﻮﺿﻮع و ﻧﻈﺮ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﮔﺮدﻧﺪ. در اداﻣﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﺑﺮاي مسير رﯾﻠﯽ تهران- ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﭘﺲ از آن ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل دﯾﻨﺎﻣﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ مسير ريلي اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر آن، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار وﻧﺴﯿﻢ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪت 20 ﺳﺎل ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد.
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﻣﺪل دﯾﻨﺎﻣﯿﮑﯽ و اراﺋﻪي ﺳﻨﺎرﯾﻮﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺗﺠﺎري، بهبود ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ دسترسي و كاهش هزينه حمل ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺰاﯾﯽ در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Despite having advantages such as the ability to transport cargo with high tonnage and over long distances, saving fuel, reducing environmental pollutants and increasing security, rail freight transportation has not met with good luck compared to the road method, and many freight owners And goods do not want to be transported by rail. The rate of rail cargo transportation in Iran is very low compared to the road cargo transportation method. The small share of rail freight transportation is mainly due to its poor desirability compared to the road method. Transferring every ton kilometer of cargo from road to rail has many national and social benefits. Identifying the effective factors in choosing a means of transportation and, accordingly, determining the desirability function of the mode of transportation can be the basis for major decisions in the field of transportation. Therefore, the aim of this project is to identify and improve the factors affecting the demand for rail cargo from the point of view of cargo owners, and also to provide strategies for increasing the share of rail cargo transportation related to the Tehran-Bandar Abbas route using a Dyna model It is Mickey, by the way The competitive position of the railway in cargo transportation should be improved and a balance between rail and road transportation methods should be established. In this research, the effective factors in the desirability of rail transportation from the point of view of freight owners are determined by reviewing the subject literature and the opinions of experts in this field. Next, a desirability function for the Tehran-Bander Abbas railway route is presented. After that, a dynamic model will be presented to evaluate the desirability of this rail route, and after confirming its validity, it will be simulated for a period of 20 years using Vansim software. The results obtained from the simulation of the dynamic model and the presentation of different scenarios show that the simultaneous increase of commercial speed, improvement of accessibility and reduction of transportation cost can play a significant role in increasing the desirability of this route.
