در اين پژوهش، به بررسي و تحليل چيدمان بهينه تسهيلات در يك كارخانه توليدي پرداخته شد. هدف اصلي، كاهش ريسك حريق و به‌حداقل‌رساندن مسافت طي شده بين بخش‌هاي مختلف كارخانه بود. براي اين منظور، از مدل‌سازي رياضي بر پايه كمترين ميزان مسافت و ريسك استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه چيدمان بهينة پيشنهادي نه‌تنها باعث افزايش ايمني و كاهش احتمال بروز حريق مي‌شود، بلكه با كاهش مسافت‌هاي طي شده در فرايندهاي توليدي، به بهره‌وري بيشتر و كاهش هزينه‌ها نيز منجر مي‌گردد. همچنين، اين چيدمان با بهبود جريان مواد و كاهش زمان‌هاي جابه‌جايي، كيفيت توليد را افزايش داده و فرايندهاي توليدي را روان‌تر مي‌سازد. اين چيدمان به‌عنوان يك راهكار عملي و مؤثر براي بهبود عملكرد كارخانه‌هاي توليدي پيشنهاد مي‌شود و مي‌تواند به‌عنوان الگويي براي ساير واحدهاي صنعتي مورداستفاده قرار گيرد.

Designing the layout of the factory according to the cell production method, taking into account the safety criteria

In this study, the optimal layout of facilities in a manufacturing plant was examined and analyzed. The main goal was to reduce fire risk and minimize the distance traveled between different sections of the factory. For this purpose, mathematical modeling based on the least distance and risk was employed. The results showed that the proposed optimal layout not only increases safety and reduces the likelihood of fire but also improves productivity and reduces costs by minimizing the distances traveled in production processes. Additionally, this layout enhances material flow and reduces transportation times, leading to improved production quality and smoother production processes. This layout is proposed as a practical and effective solution for improving the performance of manufacturing plants and can be used as a model for other industrial units.
