با به وجود آمدن شرايط جديد اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي در دوران جديد، اوقات فراغت به‌عنوان يكي از محورهاي مهم زندگي مطرح شده است و كيفيت گذران آن خصوصا در فضاهاي عمومي اهميت بيشتري يافته است و از اين‌رو پرداختن به طراحي فضاهاي فراغتي شهري باتوجه به نيازها و ارزش‌هاي جامعه از اهميت بالايي برخوردار مي‌باشد. زندگي در ايران و مطالعه‌ي جامعه‌ي ايراني روشن مي‌سازد كه فضاي شهري فراغتي در ايران، بستري خاطره‌انگيز و هويت‌مند براي فعاليت‌هاي متنوع مذهبي، تفريحي، سلامتي و آموزشي است كه افراد در زمان فراغت از وظايف اجباري به‌ اختيار انجام مي‌دهند تا احساس لذت و رضايت كنند. در اين پژوهش ابتدا باتوجه به كاربردي بودن اين تحقيق، از طريق روش كتابخانه‌اي به استخراج شاخص‌هاي فضاهاي فراغتي پرداخته شد. در ادامه سعي بر آن شد با درنظر داشتن كمرنگ‌شدن نقش ميادين نبوت و صدم نارمك در ايجاد فضاهايي فراغتي و مناسب گذران اوقات فراغت به شناخت و تحليل ميادين نبوت و صدم نارمك به‌عنوان مواضع منتخب پژوهش براساس شاخص‌هاي بدست‌آمده پرداخته شود. نتايج نشان داد اين ميادين با دارابودن قريب به 70 درصد مطلوبيت در كيفيت شاخص‌ها، نيازمند اقدامات موردنياز در زمينه ارتقا كيفيت‌هاي طراحي براساس راهنماي طراحي ميادين فراغتي تدوين شده و در نهايت طرح جامع سه بعدي بوده تا اين ميادين به‌عنوان ميادين فراغتي در شهر تهران ايفاي نقش كنند.

Examining and comparing the pattern of consumption of urban and neighborhood leisure spaces and providing a design guide (Case Study: Nabovvat Square and Narmak 100 th Square in Tehran)

With the emergence of new social, cultural and economic conditions in the new era, leisure time has been raised as one of the important axes of life, and the quality of spending it has become more important, especially in public spaces, and therefore designing urban leisure spaces according to needs And the values ​​of society are of great importance. Living in Iran and studying the Iranian society makes it clear that the leisure urban space in Iran is a memorable and identity platform for various religious, recreational, health and educational activities that people do in their free time from mandatory duties to feel pleasure and satisfaction. In this research, considering the applicability of this research, the indicators of leisure spaces were extracted through the library method. In the following, an attempt was made to identify and analyze the Nabovvat and Narmak 100th squares as selected research positions based on the obtained indicators, considering the diminishing role of Nabovvat and Narmak 100th in creating leisure spaces suitable for spending leisure time. The results showed that these squares, having nearly 70% of the quality indicators, require necessary measures in the field of improving design qualities based on the design guide for leisure squares, and finally, a three-dimensional comprehensive plan was created so that these squares can play a role as leisure squares in Tehran.
