در اين پهوهش، قصد داريم دارويي گياهي براي درمان بيماريها بيابيم كه جايگزين داروهاي شيميايي باشد زيرا عالوه بر هزينه كم نسبت به داروهاي شيميايي، ايمن تر هستند و به سالمتي انسان كمتر آسيب ميزنند و عوارد جانبي كمتري دارند. از (رفي چارچوب فلز-آلي زيست سازگار -8ZIF به عنوان بستر دارورساني استفاده شد. به همين منظور تركيب عصاره گياه ريحان و -8ZIF به منظور دارورساني مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در اين پهوهش عصارهگيري از گياه ريحان به روش خيساندن انجام شد و بارگذاري بر بستر به روشهاي مختلف صورت گرفت. نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه ماده شاخص عصاره گياه )گاليك اسيد 91 درصد بارگذاري شده است. همچنين رهاسازي در دو محيط بافري با 7/4=pH( شبيه سازي محيط خون و 5=pH )شبيه سازي سلول سر(اني بررسي شد و نتايج 17 درصد رهاسازي گاليك اسيد را در محيط شبيه سازي شده سلول سر(اني نشان دادند. براي بررسي ساختارها از آناليزهاي SEM،BET، TGA، IR-FT، XRD، Vis-UV استفاده شد.

Preparation, identification and investigation of the medicinal properties of basil extract on ZIF8 nanostructure

In this research, we intend to find a herbal medicine to treat diseases that can replace chemical drugs because, in addition to the low cost compared to chemical drugs, they are safer and less harmful to human health and have fewer side effects. On the other hand, biocompatible metalorganic framework ZIF-8 was used as a drug delivery platform. For this purpose, the combination of basil plant extract and ZIF-8 was investigated for drug delivery. In this research, extracting basil plant was done by soaking method and loading on the bed was done by different methods. The obtained results showed that the indicator substance of the plant extract (gallic acid) was loaded more than 90%. Also, the release was checked in two buffer environments with pH=7.4 (blood environment simulation) and pH=5 (cancer cell simulation) and the release results were more than 17% in the cancer cell environment and less than 1% in the blood environment. they showed SEM, BET, TGA, FT-IR, XRD, UV-Vis analyzes were used to check the structures.
