پژوهش حاضر به بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر پذيرش عمومي روش پرداخت مبتني بر ارز ديجيتال پرداخته است. با توجه به رشد سريع تكنولوژي و استفاده روزافزون از اينترنت، نياز به روش‌هاي نوين پرداخت نيز افزايش يافته است. ارزهاي ديجيتال به عنوان يكي از اين روش‌ها، توجه بسياري را به خود جلب كرده‌اند. در اين تحقيق، براي بررسي رفتار عمومي مردم جهت پذيرش اين روش پرداخت از مدل UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) استفاده شده است و همچنبن براي صحت سنجي پرسشنامه جمع اوري شده از معادلات ساختاري و نرم افزار smart pls براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده شده است. عوامل متعددي به عنوان تعديلگر در اين پژوهش شناسايي شده‌اند كه تقويت هر يك از آن‌ها مي‌تواند به افزايش رغبت و پذيرش عمومي منجر شود. اين عوامل شامل آگاهي عمومي، آموزش مناسب، اعتماد به امنيت سيستم، و تدوين قوانين و مقررات مناسب است. براي درك بهتر اين عوامل، مثال‌هايي ذكر شده است كه اهميت و نقش هر يك از تعديلگرها را نشان مي‌دهد. اين مثال‌ها به وضوح نشان مي‌دهند كه چگونه هر عامل مي‌تواند بر پذيرش و استفاده از ارز ديجيتال تأثيرگذار باشد. به طور كلي، پژوهش حاضر نشان مي‌دهد كه پذيرش عمومي روش‌هاي پرداخت مبتني بر ارز ديجيتال تحت تأثير عوامل متعددي قرار دارد كه هر يك به نحوي بر افزايش يا كاهش تمايل به استفاده از اين روش‌ها مؤثر است. ارائه آموزش‌هاي مناسب، تدوين قوانين و مقررات مشخص و شفاف، و ايجاد اعتماد به امنيت و كارآيي اين سيستم‌ها از جمله اقداماتي است كه مي‌تواند به پذيرش بيشتر ارزهاي ديجيتال در جامعه كمك كند. اين پژوهش مي‌تواند به عنوان يك راهنما براي سياست‌گذاران و مجريان طرح‌هاي مرتبط با ارزهاي ديجيتال مورد استفاده قرار گيرد تا با شناخت بهتر عوامل مؤثر، بستر مناسبي براي پذيرش و استفاده عمومي از اين تكنولوژي فراهم كنند. در نهايت، مي‌توان گفت كه براي دستيابي به پذيرش گسترده ارزهاي ديجيتال، نياز به تلاش‌هاي هماهنگ و گسترده در زمينه‌هاي مختلف آموزشي، قانوني، اجتماعي و فني است.

Factors affecting public acceptance of digital currency-based payment method

The current research has investigated the factors affecting the general acceptance of payment methods based on digital currency. Due to the rapid growth of technology and the increasing use of the Internet, the need for new payment methods has also increased. As one of these methods, digital currencies have attracted a lot of attention. In this research, the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model has been used to investigate the general behavior of people to accept this payment method, and also to validate the questionnaire collected from structural equations and smart pls software to analyze and Data analysis is used. Several factors have been identified as moderators in this research, the strengthening of each of them can lead to an increase in willingness and public acceptance. These factors include public awareness, proper training, confidence in the security of the system, and the development of appropriate rules and regulations. For a better understanding of these factors, examples are mentioned that show the importance and role of each of the moderators. These examples clearly show how each factor can influence the adoption and use of digital currency. In general, the current research shows that the public acceptance of payment methods based on digital currency is affected by several factors, each of which is effective in increasing or decreasing the willingness to use these methods. Providing appropriate training, formulating clear and clear rules and regulations, and building trust in the security and efficiency of these systems are among the measures that can help more acceptance of digital currencies in the society. This research can be used as a guide for policy makers and implementers of plans related to digital currencies to provide a suitable platform for the acceptance and public use of this technology by better understanding the effective factors. Finally, it can be said that in order to achieve widespread adoption of digital currencies, coordinated and extensive efforts are needed in various educational, legal, social and technical fields.
