پيشرفت

هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي شرايط خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه هاي حرفه اي فوتبال ايران از طريق بازار سرمايه مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف از نوع كاربردي مي‌باشد زيرا نتايج اين تحقيق قابل استفاده براي كليۀ سازمان‌ها است از لحاظ اجرا از نوع توصيفي – پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش مورد نظر تمامي باشگاه هاي فوتبالي مي باشند كه در ليگ برتر فوتبال ايران حضور دارند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 384 نفر از مديران باشگاه ها، مربيان باشگاه ها، بازيكنان باشگاه ها، اساتيد دانشگاه، صاحبنظران فوتبال، كارشناسان فوتبال، دانشجويان دكتري ورزشي، خبرنگاران ورزشي و كارشناسان بورس بوده است. بر اين اساس روش نمونه گيري غيراحتمالي هدفمند است لذا با توجه به تعداد جامعه آماري نامحدود به‌عنوان حداقل نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. تعداد 384 پرسشنامه تكميل شده و بي نقص جمع‌آوري شد. بعد از جمع‌آوري پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از جداول و نمودارهاي فراواني، توصيفي از وضعيت شاخص هاي دموگرافيك و فرضيات تحقيق ارائه گرديد، سپس به منظور رد يا تأييد فرضيه‌ها، فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده از بررسي سؤالات با استفاده از آمار استنباطي مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. در آمار توصيفي تحقيق به بررسي متغيرهاي تحقيق از قبيل ميانگين، انحراف معيار و واريانس پرداخته مي‌شود. پس از آن در آمار استنباطي، به منظور بررسي روايي پرسشنامه از تحليل عاملي تاييدي و به منظور بررسي سوالات تحقيق از مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري روش الگويابي معادلات ساختاري (SEM) با كمك نرم‌افزار SmartPLS 3 استفاده شده است.يافته ها نشان داد ضريب مسير بين متغير شرايط خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه‌هاي حرفه اي فوتبال ايران و بازار سرمايه كه به مقدار 0.630 و همچنين آماره t به مقدار 8.199 است مي‌توان گفت: شرايط خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه هاي حرفه اي فوتبال ايران از طريق بازار سرمايه امكان‌پذير است.

Examining the conditions of privatization of Iran's professional football clubs through the capital market

The purpose of this research is to investigate the conditions of privatization of professional football clubs in Iran through the capital market. This research is practical in terms of purpose because the results of this research can be used for all organizations. In terms of implementation, it is descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of the research is all the football clubs that are present in the Premier League of Iran. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was 384 club managers, club coaches, club players, university professors, football experts, football experts, sports doctoral students, sports reporters and stock market experts. Based on this, the non-probability sampling method is purposeful, so it is considered as the minimum sample due to the unlimited statistical population. 384 questionnaires were completed and perfectly collected. After collecting the questionnaires, it was subjected to statistical analysis. Then, a description of the status of demographic indicators and research hypotheses was presented using tables and graphs, then in order to reject or confirm the hypotheses, the research hypotheses were tested based on the results obtained from examining the questions using inferential statistics. In the descriptive statistics of the research, research variables such as mean, standard deviation and variance are investigated. After that, in inferential statistics, in order to check the validity of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and in order to check the research questions, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The findings showed that the path coefficient between The variable of the conditions of privatization of Iran's professional football clubs and the capital market, which is 0.630 and the t-statistic is 8.199, it can be said: the conditions of privatization of Iran's professional football clubs are possible through the capital market.
