پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارائه الگوي حكمراني سازماني در پرتو انديشه هاي آيت الله خامنه‌اي انجام پذيرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در زمره پژوهش هاي نظري_بنيادي و توسعه‌اي قرار مي‌گيرد. روش جمع‌آوري داده، كتابخانه ‌اي و روش تحليل داده‌ها تحليل مضمون بوده است. متن‌ها براي تحليل مضمون، از بيانات و ديدارهاي ايشان در پايگاه farsi.khamenei.ir و تاكيد بر دوكتاب طرح كلي انديشه اسلامي در قرآن و ولايت و حكومت انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گيري در اين مرحله، نمونه‌گيري نظري بوده و مبتني بر حساسيت نظري برآمده از فصل دوم صورت گرفته است. براي بررسي متن‌هاي انتخاب شده، از نرم افزار maxqda نسخه 2020 استفاده شده و320 متن انتخاب شد. نتايج تحليل نشان داد كه مضمون اصلي در مدل حكمراني اسلامي، كلمه ولايت مي باشد و مضاميني مثل اقامه صلاه و ايتاي زكات و امر به معروف و نهي از منكر و ايمان و هجرت و جهاد و ماوا و نصرت و ارشاد و اطاعت و عفو و صفح و استغفار و رحمت به عنوان مضامين فرعي و مشخصه‌هاي ولايت معرفي مي‌شوند.

Presentation of organizational governance model in the light of Ayatollah Khamenei's thought

The present study was conducted in order to provide a model of organizational governance in the light of the thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei. In terms of its purpose, the current research is included in the category of fundamental-theoretical and developmental research. The data collection method was library and the data analysis method was thematic analysis. The texts were selected from his statements and meetings on the farsi.khamenei.ir website for the analysis of the theme, emphasizing the two books of the outline of Islamic thought in the Qur'an and Welayat and Governance. The sampling method at this stage is theoretical sampling and is based on theoretical sensitivity from the second chapter. To check the selected texts, maxqda version 2020 software was used and 320 texts were selected. The results of the analysis showed that the main theme in the Islamic governance model is the word Welayat and themes such as Establishing prayer and giving zakat and enjoining good and forbidding against evil and faith and emigration and jihad and shelter and support and guidance and obedience and pardon and forgiveness and seeking forgiveness and mercy are introduced as sub-themes and characteristics of the province.
