بازآفريني بافت تاريخي تهران با رويكرد فرهنگ مبنا نمونه موردي بافت تاريخي محله پامنار

بافت تاريخي تهران به سبب وجود سابقهء شكل گيري نزديك به چهار قرن و سابقهء دويست ساله پايتختي ايران، و به سبب وجود ابنيه و آثار تاريخي شاخص و متعدد و همچنين به سبب واقع شدن رويدادها و حوادث تاريخي بسيار در كالبد آن، يكي از با ارزش ترين بافت هاي تاريخي ايران محسوب مي گردد. با اين وجود كه اين بافت تاريخي در مركزيت شهر تهران امروزي قرار دارد اما به سبب عدم تامين زيرساخت ها و عدم پاسخگويي به نيازهاي شهري آن در بازه زماني طولاني، شرايط زيست پذيري اين منطقه به شدت كاهش يافته و به مرور زمان اين بافت ارزشمند مترود و رو به متروكه شدن رفته است. همچنين به سبب عدم انجام مداخلات مرمت وحفاظت از ابنيه و آثار ارزشمند آن، بخش اعظم آثار و ابنيه تاريخي آن از بين رفته است. با اين وجود اين بافت، هنوز ظرفيت هاي بسياري جهت معرفي هويت تاريخي تهران دارد. بافت تاريخي محله پامنار يكي از كارآمدترين و تاريخي ترين بخشهاي بافت تاريخي تهران است. لذا در اين تحقيق تلاش مي شود تا در مرحله اول ظرفيت هاي تاريخي و فرهنگي و اجتماعي محله پامنار بازشناسي شده، سپس آسيب هاي گوناگون وارد شده بر پيكر محله كه عملكرد ان را مختل نموده شناسايي نمايد. در پس اين مراحل تلاش مي شود تا با يافتن راهكارهايي جهت بازآفريني بافت تاريخي تهران و محله پامنار با رويكرد فرهنگ و هنر، اين محله به عنوان محله اي فرهنگي در بافت تاريخي تهران شناخته شده و منبع توليد هنر و صنايع فرهنگي خلاق گردد.

Regeneration the historical fabric of Tehran with a cultural approach Case example: historical context of Pamenar neighborhood

Tehran historical texture is considered as one of the most valuable Iranian historical textures due to the following reasons: the city has been formed about four centuries ago; and, it’s been 200 years since the city has become the capital of Iran. Meanwhile, many historical events have occurred in the city. Despite the fact that historical texture of the city is located at the center of today’s Tehran, lack of infrastructures, and its urban needs not being satisfied during long time interval has resulted in severe reduction of livability of the region. This valuable texture has been left abandoned and rejected, over time. As far as no intervention in terms of protection and renovation of its historical buildings and monuments has been made, great part of them has been destroyed. However, the texture is still of high capacity for introducing historical identity of Tehran. Historical texture of Pamenar neighborhood is one of the most efficient one from among other areas located within Tehran historical texture. Therefore, effort will be made in the research for historical, cultural and social capacities of the neighborhood to be recognized, primarily. Then, various damages incurred to it and resulting in disruption of its performance will be identified. Afterwards, effort will be made in order for solutions to be found as for recreation of historical texture of Tehran and Pamenar neighborhood, through culture and art approach. This way, the area would be recognized as a cultural neighborhood in the historical texture of Tehran; and, it becomes a center for production of creative art and cultural industries.
