فناوري از مهم‌ترين دارايي‌هاي يك مجموعه مي‌باشد و حيات آن با توسعه فناوري گره‌خورده است. رقم‌خوردن توسعه فناوري مستلزم نوآوري مي‌باشد. همچنين نوآوري فناورانه پيشرفت‌هاي فناوري به طور مداوم از مسيرهاي غيرقابل‌پيش‌بيني عبور مي‌كنند. زماني كه كشور در شرايط تحريمي قرار گرفته باشد ديگر فرايندهاي توسعه فناوري در شرايط عادي، كاركرد خود را از دست خواهند داد و بايد الگوهاي موفق در شرايط مذكور مورد بررسي قرار بگيرند. اين پژوهش به دنبال شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوري فناورانه شركت‌هاي دانش‌بنيان است كه در ابتدا بر اساس پژوهش‌هاي انجام شده اين عوامل استخراج شدند و در مرحله بعد شركت دانش‌بنيان بهيار صنعت سپاهان مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. اين تحقيق از منظر هدف كاربردي محسوب شده و روش تحقيق به‌كارگرفته‌شده در آن اكتشافي است. از روش مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته جهت گردآوري داده‌ها و براي شناسايي عوامل از روش تحليل مضمون استفاده شده است. 8 مصاحبه از افراد در لايه مديران و مهندسان مجموعه انجام شده و 7 منبع مكتوب از اسناد مجموعه موردمطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. در نهايت 7 عامل به‌عنوان مقوله‌هاي فراگير شناسايي شدند كه عبارت‌اند از: رويكردي متفاوت در نگاه به فناوري، تأكيد بر دروني كردن عميق‌ترين لايه‌هاي توسعه فناوري، فهم جامع از مسئله جهت تسلط بر فناوري، پيشروي با شتاب فزاينده در تحقيق و توسعه، تعيين دستور كار فناوري مبتني بر مأموريت جهادي، مديريت نوآورانه خودباور و خوداتكا، سرمايه انساني خط‌شكن و متعهد.

Identifying important factors of technological innovations in knowledge-based companies; Case study of Behyaar Sanaat Sepahan Co.

Technology is one of the most important assets of an organization, and its survival is intertwined with technological development. Achieving technological development requires innovation. Moreover, technological innovation and advances continuously traverse unpredictable paths. When a country is under sanctions, the normal processes of technological development lose their effectiveness, and successful models under these circumstances must be examined. This research seeks to identify the factors influencing technological innovation in knowledge-based companies. Initially, these factors were extracted based on previous research, and in the next phase, the knowledge-based company Behyar Sanat Sepahan was studied. This study is considered applied research in terms of its objective, and the research method employed is exploratory. Semi-structured interviews were used for data collection, and thematic analysis was employed to identify the factors. Eight interviews were conducted with individuals from the managerial and engineering layers of the company, and seven written sources from the company’s documents were reviewed. Ultimately, seven factors were identified as overarching categories: a different approach to technology, emphasis on internalizing the deepest layers of technological development, a comprehensive understanding of the issue as an approach to mastering technology, advancing with increasing speed in research and development, setting the technology agenda based on a mission-driven approach, innovative and self-reliant management, and a pioneering and committed human capital.
