چكيده
راهبردهاي مكان يابي و معماري فضاهاي كسب و كار روستايي متناسب با عوامل موثر بر كسب و كار روستايي علي رغم اهميت زياد آن به درستي و بصورت جامع تدوين نشده و همزمان شرايط طبيعي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي جوامع محلي را مورد پژوهش قرار نداده اند. معماري كسب و كار روستايي شامل مكان يابي فضاها و روابط بين حوزه هاي سكونتي و معيشتي (كسب و كار) روستا مي شود. منظور از راهبرد نقش معماري در رونق كسب و كار روستايي با حداقل آسيب (مبتني بر پژوهش هاي پيشين) و ارتباط آن با برنامه- اقتصاد و توسعه پشتباني روستا است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي راهبردهاي معماري و ارتباط آن با رونق كسب و كار روستايي در منظومه بابل كنار است.
نظر به ماهيت اكتشافي، پژوهش تركيبي در چهار مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول بررسي مقالات پژوهشي انجام و با روش فرا تحليل، راهبردها و آسيبها شناسايي و به راهبردهاي معمارانه تبديل و مباني نظري بر اين اساس ارايه گرديد. در مرحله خبرگاني، پس از تهيه جدول هدف- محتوا، پرسشنامه تدوين و جهت تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده و 9 عامل در مرتبه اول و 3 عامل در مرتبه دوم استخراج گرديد. در مرحله ميداني از روش پيمايشي با حجم 180 نفر، پرسشنامه بسته تهيه و تجزيه و تحليل عاملي R با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS انجام شد. روايي توسط اساتيد متخصص تأييد و پايايي آن از طريق پيشآزمون بررسي و با حذف 76 سوال، آلفاي كرونباخ به 929/0 رسيد. در تحليل عاملي ابتدا 32 عامل استخراج، سپس در تحليل مرتبه دو، عوامل به 7 عامل اصلي و 21 عامل جزيي كاهش يافت. در مرحله چهارم براي تجزيه و تحليل از تحليل مسير با نرمافزارهاي SPSS و AMOS عوامل به 5 عامل اصلي و 12 عامل جزيي كاهش يافت تا مدل مورد ساختاري تاييد و روابط و تاثير عوامل بر يكديگر قابل ارزيابي شود.
در مرحله اول راهبردها در سه مولفه «معماري (مسكن معيشتي)»- «غير مسكوني » و «تركيبي» دسته بندي شدند. درمرحله دوم سه عامل «فضاهاي فروش-گردشگري»، »فضاهاي پرورش- فرآوري» و «تركيبي (مسكن معيشتي و...)» تحليل شد و در مرحله ميداني و تحليل مسير 5 عامل «توسعه پشتيباني»، «مزرعه گردشگري»، «مزرعه خلاق»، «مسكن معيشتي» و «فضاهاي غير مسكوني»، 12 جزء و 30 مدل ارتباطي بين عوامل اكتشاف و تاييد شد كه در آن معماري به دو عامل كاهش و دو عامل مزرعه و يك عامل «توسعه پشتيباني» به مجموعه عوامل اضافه گرديد. عوامل فوق هم از نظر معماري و هم از منظر كسب و كار قابل فهم است بنابراين در اين عوامل «معماري» و «كسب و كار» به وحدت رسيده و هر كدام از اين عوامل و مدلها يك راهبرد مكان يابي و معماري كسب و كار روستايي است. انتظار ميرود اين مدل ساختاري در جامعه آماري و روستاهاي با شرايط مشابه نيز اعتبار داشته و قابل پيادهسازي باشد.

Location and architecture strategies of rural business spaces are not properly formulated according to the factors affecting rural business and are not in line with the natural, economic and social conditions of local communities. Rural business architecture can include the location of spaces and the relationship between the residential and livelihood (business) areas of the village and rural business spaces, including the sales place. Architectural strategy refers to the role of architecture in the prosperity of rural business with minimal damage to the village and its relationship to the program - economy and factors affecting rural business. The aim of this study is to examine architectural strategies and their relationship to the prosperity of Rural Business. Is adjacent to the Babylonian system. The study also answered the following sub questions:
What are the architectural harms and strategies of rural business spaces in the background and perspective of the community of experts about it?
What are the hidden factors (field) of Rural Business Architecture and how it relates to the obvious factor (rural development, support)?
What are the hidden factors of Rural Business Architecture?
In terms of the exploratory nature of the subject, the combined (qualitative-quantitative) research method was used in four stages: 1-literature review and synthesis of strategies 2-classification and prioritization of concepts by experts (Q factor analysis) 3-discovery of hidden factors and its classification in exploratory Field factor analysis) 4-modification and confirmation of the model produced and the model of structural equations approved (path analysis).
Initially, a historical review of rural business and a review of research papers in the last 20 years were carried out. It was then identified by a qualitative method of analyzing strategies and injuries and converted into architectural strategies and synthesized. Finally, the theoretical basis of the obvious factors was presented on this basis. In the second and the expert stage, after studying and preparing the objective - content table, the questionnaire was compiled. Specialists in rural development, architecture and ... by the method of non-random snowball and were selected to number 27. The SPSS software was used to analyze the data from the questionnaire and the Delphi method was used to categorize the factors, and 9 factors were extracted in the first order and 3 factors in the second order.
In the third stage and field of the survey method, with the statistical community of producers and tourism activists of the village, a volume of 180 people was used. The Likert spectrum package questionnaire was developed and analyzed using SPSS software. The questionnaire was approved by the expert Professor and its basis was examined through the pre-test and in this process, 76 questions were eliminated and the amount of Cronbach Alpha was calculated at 0.929. At first 32 extraction factors, then by second-order factor analysis, the number of factors was reduced to 7 main factors and 21 minor factors. In the fourth step and correlation, path analysis was used to analyze data using the SPSS and AMOS software of the structural equation model, and the number of factors was reduced to 5 main factors and 12 minor factors to confirm the modified model and evaluate the relationships and impact of factors on each other.
This structural model, as confirmed in the statistical sample, is expected to be valid in the statistical community and its structural relationships can be implemented in villages with similar conditions. Attention to the causal and structural relationships of rural business architectural spaces can help officials gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the development of these spaces and take steps towards the success of strategic planning for the development of rural business architecture spaces.
