Economic, cultural, physical, social, an‎d even political factors influence changes in lifestyles, particularly within urban fabrics, through complex mechanisms; these factors frequently maintain a cause-an‎d-effect relationship with one another. In the city of Shushtar, there are four urban complexes: the Afdal, Sheikh, Khan, an‎d Mostofi complexes. This research aims to introduce the connectivity axes between the Shadravan Bridge an‎d the Mostofi urban complex an‎d to propose an organizational plan for these axes to achieve urban integration by linking urban life with natural elements an‎d their appendages. Furthermore, this study may contribute to a better understan‎ding of the impact of the Mostofi complex an‎d the Shadravan Bridge on tourism attraction an‎d the economic development of the region. In this regard, the preparation of this report comprises five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research topic, examining the rationale an‎d significance of the study, methodology, existing hypotheses, an‎d literature review. In the recognition stage, the second chapter presents studies on the historical background of Shushtar, the characteristics of the siteʹs context upon which the urban fabric is formed, the existing physical an‎d visual morphology, the social an‎d cultural life of residents, an‎d the user groups of the complexʹs services. The third chapter discusses theoretical foundations, while the fourth chapter addresses the pathology of the study area. Finally, the concluding chapter formulates design an‎d implementation-oriented solutions to introduce the connectivity axes of the Shadravan Bridge with the Mostofi complex an‎d present an organizational plan for these axes. It is expected that this plan, in addition to ensuring the physical preservation of the Mostofi complex, will facilitate development an‎d enhance the residentsʹ living stan‎dards. By addressing the contemporary needs of residents an‎d other user groups through the injection of new content into the historic fabric, the plan aims to foster revitalization an‎d restore social life.
