  • چكيده
    Abstract High intensity lasers interacting matters and plasmas have been interested for many years. Laser-produced plasmas are attractive compact x-ray sources. Recently some experimental results have shown that hard x-ray emission from plasmas produced by intense laser pulses on optically polished targets can be enhanced if nano-particle coated targets exposed to such intense laser beams. In this work we have modeled the local enhancement by spherical nanoparticles. Using “Rayleigh” theory and “Drude-Lorentz” model the scattering cross section have been calculated. The results show that field enhancement has a resonance behavior and depends strongly on particle size and geometry of nano-particles.
