چكيده
Abstract
Soil slope stabilityis one of the most important subjects in geotechnical engineering. They are susceptible to failure, especially when the earthquake happen.
In this research shaking table model tests were conducted to study sandy slope behavior under earthquake loading. also, the stability of slopes were studied using numerical method. Then, comparison on the results of model tests and numerical models, were done.
This comparison shows a good compatibility between results of two methods.
